Decided to come here again tonight, even though they over-looked my online order the last 3 times I've ordered from them. I show up every time at the time they say it will be ready and tonight was the fourth time they said they did not see my order and that they would start making it at that time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! So here it is super bowl Sunday my family PLANNED AHEAD by calling an order in earlybecause we knew they would be very busy. So we arrive and here's what happened: 1. They took down the wrong name for my order therefore stating "we do not have your order" Ok understandable no problem, we explained our order, thinking they just had it under a different name... NOPE no order placed at all. After re ordering and waiting another 40 min, out comes our 2 pizzas, and no wings, by this time we were fuming. There's something to be said for excellent customer service, especially when you least expect it. My boyfriend ordered pizzas and asked if LC's would take a photocopied coupon if we had the original. When I lost my original coupon on the way into the restaurant to pick up our four pan pizzas and free cheesy breads (honestly, I think the original coupon is still sitting in the photocopier at home....doh!) ... it was the lovely Azucena and the charming (Portuguese not Filipino ;) Gabriel Padilla! They were excellently trained in how to be great customer service reps for your store! I wish every place had a group of cool, happy, and understanding kids like these two! You guys rock! I have had Little Caesar's pizza before. I liked the price, however the flavor of the pizza was just ho-hum. I watched the commercials on TV about the thin crust pepperoni, so I thought that I would try it. To my surprise the pizza was fantastic. The pie was covered with pepperoni and the cheese had plenty of flavor. As for the crust, it is the best thin crust that I have ever had. It was perfect, just thin enough, however rigid enough to hold up well with the pepperoni and cheese. My opinion has changed about Little Caesars. The prep time was fast, the staff is friendly, and the price is right. read more

Mediocre pizza at best. This is the Wal Mart of pizza. Cheap. It is helpful at home to heat oven to 350 and cook pizza for 10-12 minutes. The pizza must be tested to taste good to really drunk people, or people so stoned they would eat it raw. The box should say: cook for 10-12 minutes at 350 if you are not wasted. read more

We have been going to this location for many years. Today, we ordered ultimate supreme pizza. Major disappointment... it was supposed to have green peppers, onions, pepperoni, and sausage. They did hold back the mushrooms as we requested. Very little green peppers, hardly any onions, very little tomato sauce, plus the crust tasted like yesterday leftovers. We probably will not be returning to this location even though it is very close to our house. As for other Little Caesars in other towns, they do a better a job on our pizza order. read more

so i always request through the app for a faster pick up in the portal, it turns out to be the same or even more time for the pizza to be handed to me! My order tells me its ready at certain time i go pick up, and its not ready! I let them know & all they say "oh its coming out of the oven" i waited 20 min, and if it wasnt for my request again they wouldnt even bother...so definitely i would NOT recommend this place its been the 3 times! This location of Little Caesar's is exceptional. They put plenty of everything on and everything including the crust is very good. We used to go to the little caesars down the street in Lathrop which is very close to us, but they were usually lousy. We drive a bit farther and it's worth it. Friendly staff too.
