We liked the four cut, but it was a tad more dough than we prefer and it needed more sauce. The Jet's 10 was good and we liked the hand tossed crust. The shop is very clean. It is takeout only and the parking is in the back unless you're handicapped. It is not a far walk from the back door to the front to pick up your pizza. They have multiple ways to place an order. Online, phone, text. Our order was ready at the specified time and the gentleman who gave me the pizza was nice. I'm glad we tried it. We will try their thin crust next time and a flavored crust. I was upset because I had paid a significant amount of money, but I did not touch the pizzas and simply wanted the issue addressed. The manager immediately became aggressive and yelled at me, repeatedly stating there was nothing he could do, even after I explained that the pizzas were the wrong order and appeared old. He then hung up on me. My daughter later took over the call to calmly explain the situation, but the manager continued to raise his voice and speak disrespectfully to her as well. We attempted to eat the pizzas anyway, but they were extremely hard and stale, as if they were days old and made days ago. My only complaint was that the bun when served although was toasted was cold by the time my burger arrived which made me think they may have heated the bun before the burger patties were finished. If they could improve that part of the burger this would have been phenomenal even though it still was very good. I also heard local sports legend Kenny Lofton is associated with this sports bar which is very cool and I've heard he routinely visits the restaurant.
