Service is timely in store but delivery leaves something to be desired as the service area is massive and there not a lot of quick and easy routes. August 27.2025 We ordered from Congin's again for some delicious pizza and eggplant parm. Both locations serve out top notch pies and dinners. Their pizza dough is by far some of the best that I've had, light, fluffy and a hint of pasta/pasta water use in the mixing method. Outstanding! Delicious eggplant parm dinner, fresh salad with the house balsamic dressing. Next time we'll buy a bottle of the dressing. Highly recommended! read more

Best deep dish pizza around. Great place to pick up a pizza in Willoughby and then go to the park and enjoy it.

This is a staple in Chardon, by far the best pizza. Mushrooms, anitapasta salad and onion rings are also top of the line. I also appreciate their participation in Halloween trick or treating in the square every year. Truly a fantastic community small business. read more

Update - during Covid 19 we have tried to balance take out with businesses we love and also those that take this seriously and in the respectful side of science and we have been thrilled and stuffed getting Congins as often as we can. The staff stays masked and takes payment in and brings pizza out to keep you and your family safe - as they get it - they have and love their families too. Side note the sausage deep dish...how I want to spend my afterlife. Keeps getting better!!! Seriously in an age where so many places cut corners and quality Congin's doesn't do that - if possible they get BETTER! The cheese, the toppings, the skill of perfectly browned crust/bottoms/cheese overlap omg just take me home! We called ahead when leaving the Farmpark with our twin toddlers and they (like how we used to be before them) cried and fussed until we pulled over and cracked their small pepperoni for them. Guess their foodie good taste genes are strong with them! Lol. So, so nice service! We ordered pizza for our movers when we moved to the area in November, and I got a bit turned around in the neighborhood. I called for directions, and the person who answered was so accommodating. He offered to stay on the phone with me until I got there, which was beyond the call of duty, and I really appreciated. We are in town just for a night & wanted pizza from a local shop. The front desk suggested Congin's so we stopped in to look at their menu and placed an order. The ladies working were super friendly and very helpful. We ordered a large deluxe pizza minus olives & the asked if we wanted to sub another topping in its place. I placed an order online on Saturday for a half sheet pizza at noon for pick-up at 1:45, got a confirmation email. Went to pick up the pizza and was told the online ordering was new as of Thursday and something went wrong. The order never printed on their end. They were very apologetic and asked if they could make the pizza and deliver it for free. Things happen, not their fault, I thought it was great PR to make the pizza right away and deliver it. The driver came to the house in no time, delivered a hot, fresh, very delicious pizza AND gave us a gift certificate for another pizza! This is a family business that really knows how to take care of their customers with friendly service. The bonus... really delicious food with fresh ingredients. I used to love ordering pizza from this place and the only downfall used to be was that they were closed on Mondays... The only day that I really had a taste for the pizza. Last couple orders, the food quality seems to be going downhill. Ordered a COLD sub and it came toasted. A year ago they would've made this right without a second thought now I just hear "yeah we toast all the subs".... no offer to make it right. So, I am originally from Chicago and since moving to Ohio have been on a mission to find the best or closest thing to the Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza they have there. Until we found this place, everything fell short in many ways (sorry Ohio). We took another gamble and orders a deep dish and a thin crust from here and took it home. O-M-G!!! It was fantastic! I had some errands to run so I called and ordered a pizza to be picked up about two hours later. I also asked that it be cut into squares. I arrived 15 minutes early thinking I would need to wait for a "FRESH HOT PIZZA" . It was ready and waiting...not a good sign. They did not cut it into squares and when I mentioned it, the girl took it into the back. I assumed she cut it again. I got home (About 7 minutes away) the pizza was STONE COLD and NOT CUT INTO SQUARES. I believe they made it right after I called in the order and it sat on a shelf for two hours. Tasted like CRAP. I could have purchased a "Crap" pizza for half the price had I wanted a "Crap" Pizza. I am never over paying ($14.00) for this crap again.
