We went to get 1 pepperoni pizza and the bread sticks. We were told it would be about 6 to 10 minutes. We sat out in the parking lot for over 20 minutes. I went in ask about our order told it would be another 10 minutes. I asked for my money back and manager did not come out. I will not go back again. Very disappointed. Picked up pizza today. Pros: husband loves the hand tossed crust; only a 10 minute wait for fresh screaming hot pizza; if you ask for napkins they give you a generous amount. Cons: you can see from the hamburger/onion pizza they were very skimpy on the ingredients. On the pepperoni pizza looks like they started out strong but ran out of pepperoni before they finished. Our preferred pizza restaurant is closed on Sunday. I talked to the owner once and she said they want to make sure every bite has the toppings on it. That's a great philosophy. In spite of the lack of toppings the flavors were good. The pizza was not greasy another review indicated. read more

Experience: I sat there at the window, with it open while 2 to 3 people walked by. I had to call the store from the car to let them know I was outside waiting to order. I heard a bunch of people laughing while waiting and there was no other customers that I could see here. The REAL reason I am leaving this review is because when the associate came to take my order, she said outloud to her unseen coworker how she felt sick and was ready to go and that she had felt sick all day. In the midst of everything going on in the world right now, bad customer service aside, talking about how sick one has been feeling while handing a customer their debit card was just unnecessary. She knew exactly what she was doing. The looks I received for calling in leads me to believe that the feeling sick remark could possibly have been made out of spite? Not sure. Either way if the associate was sick, she shouldn't have been there. I have kids at home along with some elderly family members who are not doing good right now and we still dont know the ins and out of this virus 100% at this time. Food: I ordered a Deep Dish Cheese Pizza. I ordered this once before and it was pretty good. This location seems to be inconsistent however, with the level of sauce they use but sometimes you can get a really good pie. But, this time wasn't so great. One slice will have ZERO sauce while another will be smothered. The cheese was spread pretty even and the bottom had a pleasant crunch but the lack of toppings being consistent throughout, really brought it down. Overall: It will be a while before I come back. Sometimes I can put up with an attitude as long as the product is worth it but thats not the case here. 50/50 chances of getting a good meal and even worse odds for getting someone pleasant isn't worth the time or money. read more

This is the WORST pizza ever. It's never fresh. I've had 2 horrible experiences and left complaints on the website, with NO responses back. First time, I was "forgotten" about for 40 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were busy, but I was asked to pull right beside the entrance door. Was supposed to get a refund and it never went through. Came in yesterday at 4:12 PM and ordered a pretzel pizza (supposed to be hot and ready between 4-8) and an extra most bestest. Was told we'd have to wait 15 mins. Okay, no problem. But they weren't there when we first ordered 30 minutes ago. Finally got our pizza, and left. Pizza was NOT FRESH. We waited 30 minutes for fresh pizza, and got pizza that wasn't even hot, and had probably been there longer than their 30 minute limit time on the pizzas. I really like getting a pizza from Little Caesars, but you can't advertise hot and ready when it's never hot and ready. You might get a pepperoni pizza that's ready, forget about getting breadsticks that are ready. It seems like every time I get any it's at least a 10 minute wait and you get cold sauce with your order. The last two times I tried to call in an order they are clanging pots and pans so loud that they can't even hear you and never get the order right. There's another 10-20 minute wait. The inside is full and I'm currently waiting 10+ minutes for two pizzas and two crazy breads with cold sauce. There usually seems to be enough people working so I don't quite understand where the back up is at. Maybe there's a training curve. read more

If yelp would let me give zero stars I would- have tried to frequent this location several times- if you get anything other than the plain hot and ready pizza there's a good chance it will be wrong- recently come twice to order a pizza that is being advertised the first time they said they were shorthanded and only making plain pepperoni pizzas- I said no problem I'll come another time- fast forward couple days later I thought I would call in the pizza this time just to make sure they could do it, tried calling multiple times and the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one answers- so I decide I will just order online- I place my order and pay with no problems , put in my phone number so that way they can call if there's a problem- get to the window a hour later after sitting in line for a while they tell me they are out of the ingredients for the advertised pizza and have made nothing- tell me I can have a refund or the plain hot and ready- i'm like why didn't someone call and tell me there's a problem with my order- girl at the window said that would be a good idea- wish there was another little Caesars location somewhere close- this store really needs some leadership help read more

Tonight we waited in line about 10 minutes. They don't have breadsticks anymore or offer Parmesan cheese packets for the pizza. When we got home and opened the box, the pizza was cut in pieces from 1" to 6" wide and wasn't cut all the way through. I was so dissatisfied with the pizza. It made me wonder if this location can stay in business giving this type of product to anyone. read more

Me and my wife went to get a pizza, when we get home it look bad and tastes bad, we had to though it out, once in a while i will get a good one, but for the past 4 times it has been bad, but that is not the end of the story, my daughter and her boyfriend came in with three little caesars pizza, all three look like the one we had, daughters boyfriend said they bought 0ne and it was no good, so he took back and they show him another one, it was bad, then they show him another one that was a little bit better, not much, so they told him to take all three that it was the best he was going to get, you should have seen them, needless to say they were not even good enough for our dogs, so little caesars, me, my wife, my daughter and her boyfriend will not be back, my advise to anyone that goes to the mount airy one are any where else, check your pizza for you leave there.
