It's literally the "fast food" of pizza and the food is great most of the time and their 'Italian Cheesy Bread' is great. The location here in Rincon does exceptionally well in terms of making orders fast and every interaction I have with employees is always great. The store itself isn't anything special, you have a small lobby with a refrigerator in the corner with sodas and other drinks but what else do you expect? It's a great stop for quick and tasty pizza. Cold pizza! I ordered and scheduled pickup for an hour later. Went to store and pizza wasn't in the "Pizza Portal" but was sitting on a table off to the side. I asked why it wasn't in the portal (website heavily prompts the portal keeping pies warm.) I was told "If it doesn't have a certain thing on it, it doesn't go in the portal." The manager never get back with you like they say they will. They will not answer the phone, if you give them money make sure everyone that works there knows how much you give them. Because employees will tell you that you gave them a 10 dollar bill when you give them a 20. Very dishonest management, and employees. I won't be back there ! read more

Poor service. The staff act like they are too bothered to take your order. They don't answer the phone for orders and the quality of the product at this store is poor and skimpy. I would give zero stars if I could. Removing: 1 star for not making pizza per order. 1 star for not quality checking. 1 star for not informing us at pick up, in case they were out of ingredients. 1 star for giving us part of someone else's order, in addition to our wrong order. (labeled by name, we are sorry to the other patron who may be missing a pizza). 1 star for not picking up the phone when we tried to call after realizing how badly they got this wrong. First of all your expectations can't be that high getting pizza from Little Caesars. But DAMN! The hot and ready is never ready. You order a pepperoni and get pretty much 20% crust. I walked into the Little Caesars in Rincon, GA. Wednesday, evening, September 14, 2022. I bought a three-meat pizza. I didn't have to wait long as one was ready in their hot and ready warmers. Well, I get home to eat my pizza and I felt like I was biting into cement. The pizza was hard as a brick. You could tell it had been sitting awhile in the warmer at Little Caesars. Pizza is supposed to be ready to go all day right when you walk in. That is one of their biggest selling points. The whole reason we went in was to pick something up quickly. Unfortunately AFTER I paid, the clerk informed me that it would be a six minute wait. Turned out to be a ten minute wait. I always get the extra most bestest and it's great, however just about every time I try to pre order over the phone they never actually take my order so it's never ready when I get there, they just try and stall until they have all four of my pizzas ready and I will sit there for 15-20 mins for four pizzas that I called 20 mins in advance for. But you cannot beat the price! read more
