I think for specialty pizzas in the Rincon area, Romano's is best. The service was amazing, there was a young lady being trained, but we were understanding of her. We also met the owner, who was very kind. The seating area is not that big, but it's enough for a few parties of four. There are beer and wine options, and a few cocktails. I was honestly surprised by how good the pizza was. The margarita was doughy, just the way I like a specialty pizza to be. My mother in law ordered the Alfredo pizza, and got a thin crust, and that was good too, but I enjoyed mine more. Yummy spot in Rincon, we'll definitely be back.

It went down hill, one of the workers in the back got involved and the 2 workers started bashing this guy and all he kept saying was "I am not arguing, I just want to know" which they started cussing at him and telling him to take his business elsewhere and who did he think we was. I mean, I thought he had a legitimate question but BOOM, nothing be negativity from the workers. They finally told him that if their service was not fast enough they would cancel his order and he said no, I just want to know if part of my order had been picked up! Next thing I know, a third employee show's up, they cancel this guys order so he is like OK, I am outta here and left. What they said after he left was terrible, and there are still 5 of us waiting for our orders. It was just the worst customer service I had ever witnessed. My order was 45 minutes late and I get it they were really busy but to act like that, treat a customer whom was asking a legitimate question like they did and on top of that to continue to bash him after he left was super unprofessional.
