Ordered for delivery and was quite pleasantly shocked when it showed they delivered to my neighborhood. The website was very easy to navigate and how happy I was to discover they had a crust less pizza to accommodate my low carb lifestyle. The food arrived at the timeframe that the website said and was still piping hot. It was so good and tasted like fresh ingredients. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The management is awful. Whoever was working on April 6th sucks! I got a pizza and cheese bread was so happy walking in and got some extra sauces etc just to get home and find the dough in my pizza and cheese sticks to be nothing close to cooked through. More like the nastiest rawest pizza dough I've ever had. It's cheap don't get me wrong but absolutely awful. I'd recommend a Pizza Hut over this place. I honestly vouch for the restaurant to be shut down with how rude and lackadaisical the management is. Being the least part but some of the worst food quality I've ever seen. Cheese wasn't even melted on the pizza. Just disgusting. Don't order here Get a frozen pizza from Kroger it will be 10 times better. BIGGEST WASTE OF 30 bucks I've ever spent. 3/5 they get my order right. I always order white sauce but get red sauce most of the time. I ask for 2 sauce cups with my 2 pizza's; only one time I got the garlic sauce cup that I ordered. other than that the pizza is great and I love them. just wish they could get my order right all the time and give me what I ask for. read more

Have only ordered food delivery from here. (first time the order was thru Uber Eats and didnt get my pizza until approximately 2 hrs later (over an hour past the latest eta time given at the time of order). Was not the least bit happy about the delivery as I was famished. BUT.... let me tell you, it may have been a little cold from the wait but they make fantastic pizzas! (Loved their fresh & ample ingredients & flavor, crust is exactly how I like it and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ordered a supreme and a Hawaiian pizza, which was surprisingly delicious (pineapple on a pizza, what!! Don't know who came up with that idea but you have to try it! Ordered again tonight (from Grub Hub) and the delivery time was as promised. . Service does not exist. Forget curbside. They don't do it. You will eventually have to walk in to get your order. Walked in. employee didn't look up from her phone. I decided to order a pizza because it was a rainy night and I wanted a good pizza to eat. I called and asked for the specials over the phone and the gentleman that picked up told me that they had multiple specials for the night but what was I interested in. I stayed I wanted a speciality pizza (Grilled Chicken Florentine). The gentleman said that they were running for a medium speciality pizza (12.83 with tax). The gentleman said it would take approximately 20 minutes to be ready and he was right. My pizza was ready for pick up as soon as I got there. One thing I Love is that the cashier opens ever pizza box for you before you leave so there is no confusion about what you are getting. I would give Marcos a higher score but I only get one pizza so Im not the best judge. Overall this restaurant deserves an A. Great pizza, good specials, and courteous staff. Well, what do you expect, it's delivery food. However, it is very tasty, very well done and consistently good. If you haven't had Marcos Pizza before, it's worth noting that it is cut in cute little squares, not triangles. This helps you shove a whole piece in your pie hole at once. Try the old style pepperoni.they cook and curl up like the cheap tostinos pizzas you had as a kid. In fact get BOTH kinds of pepperoni and live in salty spicy bliss! Steak and cheese sub was awesome. I actually went to add extra cheese to mine cuz it wasn't in the first bite. pop, I over cheesed. It's in there. Be patient. Chicken Caesar salad great. The family size is Huge! But, it's salad and salad is healthy, so pig out! Called back and said a new one was on the way. 45 minutes later, nothing so I call back again. This time they are unaware of any mixup and no pizza is actually on its way. Then, the employees want to argue with their customers. Upon ending that call, I receive a call back from Marcos pizza, to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my incorrect order. This is not my favorite pizza (but that's just personal preference) and it is a little pricey for what it is BUT they have always fixed whatever they screwed up AND gave me the messed up pizza on the house! Places don't do that anymore. That being said they have screwed up my pizza ALOT. Also, always check the pricing and figure it out before you get there if your getting a special or using a coupon. I wish I could leave a 3.5 star rating, because I feel that's the most accurate rating for this place. My boyfriend and I haven't ordered take out from here, but honestly, the pizza wasn't the best. The crust is a tad bit on the crunchy side, despite it being thick. The inside decor looks nice, but it also feels like "we are trying too hard to have a homey feel to it". I'm only in Savannah for summers so I order this a lot during the summer. Their pizza is excellent!! I usually get pepperoni with double cheese. There is much cheese is amazing!
