Terrible service. I went through the drive-through for a hot and ready pizza. They handed me a cold pizza at the window or just an older one either way I asked if I could wait while they made another. I then waited inside for 30 minutes while I watched several hot and ready pepperoni pizzas go out with no acknowledgment towards me only one in the store by the way, and then after I saw the hot and ready pepperoni pizza pile up. I was going to leave one star. I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. When I got to the speaker, no one said anything but when I finally said something they immediately took my order. When I got to the window, they told me pepperoni would take 15 minutes. I decided to wait. I heard someone inside ask for a refund because they'd waited 40 minutes. There was no communication to me outside of this. Finally when I got my pizza, the woman apologized and gave me a free pizza, which is why I added a star. I appreciate the awareness of the issue and effort to fix it. I just think that some efficiency but even more importantly, communication with your customers would go a long way. Even "hi, we'll be with you in just a moment" at the drive thru, "update that pizzas looking like it will take closer to 25 minutes," etc. Just helping us feel like we're on the same page as you. Some of the cheapest pizza you can buy, but you get what you pay for. I got a "Detroit style" cheese pizza. I put that in quotation marks for good reason. The crust did have the shape and thickness of a Detroit style pizza, but that was the only thing Detroit about it! A Detroit style pizza should have the sauce piled high ATOP the cheese, not beneath it! Speaking of, just like Dion's pizza in Albuquerque, there was hardly any of a bland tomato sauce inside that pizza! There was quite a bit of cheese on the pizza, but it was very unremarkable. A good pizza needs fresh, dry mozzarella, but Lil Caesars uses some type of processed whole mozzarella + muenster combination that resulted in a bland, overly gooey cheese. Lastly, the crust was ok. It was a little too soft and buttery for my taste, but it wasn't bad. Overall, the pizza was so flavorless and underwhelming, I had to break out some garlic powder to give it something! The only reason it doesn't get one star is because of the value you get from Little Caesars. Two "Detroit style" pizzas for $15 was good for two very filling meals. read more

With Domino's recently exploding across the street, Little Caesars has technically climbed the local rankings by default. Whether that incident was random or part of Little Caesars' growth strategy is unclear. Either way, Papa Murphy's and Wicked Peel might want to watch their backs. I've tried using your online ordering for this location twice in 5 days, once last Friday 4/11 and once tonight 4/15, both resulting in a cancellation. First by door dash due to waiting for over an hour for my order. Second due to your employee not communicating with me after waiting for 20 minutes for my order he then came and mentioned that "some old lady forgot to put in my pizza poppers" and told me I'd need to wait another 8 minutes. I asked if he could cancel them instead and he cancelled my whole damn order without communicating that he couldn't cancel just one item. I will not be going back to this location, and will be submitting a review on Google maps, Apple Maps, and other necessary locations to warn people away from here. Two nights of hungry crying kids. This place appears to be completely operated by young teenage boys haha. They're respectful. They got my order right the first time I said it. They all wore masks. I was impressed! I will say there was a huge difference between the Hawaiian and cheese pizzas. They said Hawaiian takes longer.... so I'm guessing they have a bunch of premade cheese pizzas sitting around. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza at 11:00 am online at this location. It said a 40 min ready time . She was in the area so went to this location early . She went into the store & they said you are 25 minutes early . There was no one else in the store waiting for pizza . So she asked for her pizza . They were rude saying she was way early . She asked you don't have any hot & ready cheese pizzas ? It's not a special order . They said yes ok I guess we can give you the pizza you ordered. Why be rude about it ? If you have pizzas ready why can't she have hers early . This location is always so bad at customer service & having pizza ready when you order them . I have other family members that have gone in at their scheduled pick up time & still had to wait . They definitely need to change something & not be so rude. The Riverton location is even worse . By far my worst experience at a little Caesar's I came in on Friday November 8th. First off when I called in to place the order over the phone for pickup and sat listening to whoever picked up the phone talking to co workers laughing and joking around for over 8 minutes and then listened to the girl take another order at the counter when someone walked in and then continued to pickup the phone and told me that I can go online and place an order??! Absolutely unacceptable so I called her out for her lazy comment and asked her to just please take my order. So she took my order and after I told her that was all she then said "sorry please give me one second" and started talking and laughing with co workers instead of just placing the order so then I sat on hold for another 5 minutes just to confirm that was all. I sat in the drive thru while a line built up behind me and no one ever got on the speaker so I pulled up to the window waited another ten minutes for them to finally come talk to me while watching one guy on his phone and another spill breadsticks out of a bag. I know Little Caesar's. I've had my gripes in the past but here is the thing. When the pizza is made fresh it is really good. I really enjoy me a slice of Little Caesar's. The problem is the hot and ready is so hit and miss that it's not worth it. The Herriman/Riverton location seems to have quality employees. The past 3x the pizzas have been fresh. I mean really mouth watering hot and tasty fresh. The gentlemen who we have come in contact each time (dark hair, glasses) is awesome. He's polite, calm, and courteous. This is truly the worst run establishment I have ever been to. I don't really care to ever review places, but I hope this place gets shut down. I placed an order online, 1 pizza and a crazy bread. Usually something I can be in and out for in less than 2 minutes. AFTER I had already paid, it tells me it will be ready over an hour later. I thought that was BS so I decided to go earlier. I pull up, there's 10 cars in the drive-thru. So I decide to just go in. There's 2 people in line, and a bunch of kids working. Standing around and chatting with each other. When I get to the cashier, he tells me it'll be another 15 minutes. For 1 pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. I understand rushes, I've worked in fast food before. But an hour for a pizza? On top of that, I saw plenty of boxes of gloves, but not a single person using them. I saw a kid scratch at his head for a good 15 seconds, then continue touching and making the crazy bread. This guys disappointed me for the last time. Not only are they not following food safety practices. They employ kids who seem to only want a pay check and not caring about the customer. They having inappropriate conversations while customers are around with language that would be offensive to many. I've worked pizza for many years, managed pizza shops, so I know what I'm talking about. Hell I've been in the food industry for over 20 plus years. Evetime I've gone in, I've seen STACKS of pizzas in the boxes lined the back wall on the cut table with zero heat source keeping them at the prober temperature. Who knows when the kids finally put those pizzas in the heat cabinets. They sure didn't do any of them the 20-25 minutes each time I was in there last? At least 15 pizzas just sat there on the back cut table for that long. Those pizzas could be stone cold as they put them into the heat cabinets and the heat cabinets could be warming them up again which invites pathogens to grow on the pizzas. The make line (where they make the pizzas) in the back isn't any better. The employees are supposed to have on hair restraints according to health code. But nope many don't in the back. The manager doesn't have to have one because they aren't fulfilling any specific food handling job. The person at the front I've personally seen handle money and Credit Cards with ungloved hands then with out washing their hands or putting on gloves handle peoples ready to eat food. I let it go because it was cheap somewhat fast and my kids liked it. Well, I'm not risking my kids health any more, when I can go to the Riverton one by IFA. And their are other opinions. Very disappointed with the food we got from here just about a half hour ago. It's 6:20 as I'm writing this and we paid for our pizza at 5:52. The cheese pizza we got is extremely dry, hard, and clearly old. My sister worked at Little Caesars recently and says she guesses during a slow point during the day they probably made a ton of pizzas to fill the case, and those have been sitting in there ever since. She said the store was quite busy with 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru and a few people inside, so they should have been pushing out fresh pizzas to keep up. We order the five dollar pizzas and have them do crazy crust. That is where they spread melted butter and Parmesan cheese all around the crust of the pizza. It makes it so good! And we always get the crazy bread and sauce. The pizza is delicious when it's fresh! Just don't let it cool down or it turns into cardboard. The ICB is my favorite thing to order. Let me start by saying, "The quality of the pizza, the taste, and the value are great." That being said, I will not likely be returning to this restaurant. Even though it is literally a 5 minute walk from my home. Last Saturday I went online and ordered 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I placed my order around 5:30 and was prompted that it would be ready between 6:05 and 6:10. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:05 and checked in at the counter. The person working the counter found my slip and told me they would notify me when my pizza was ready. I stood watching people come and go for 30 minutes. Finally about 6:35 I inquired about my order. It took several minutes to find my ticket and they told me it would be another 4 minutes. It took over an hour start to finish for me to get my pizzas. when they did bring the order out there was no apology, excuse, or "I'm sorry" offered. When the pizzas finally arrived I checked it one only to find the pizza on the bottom was not an extra most pepperoni but just another cheese. Worst customer service ever!!! During this Covid 19 mess and it took them 12.5 minutes to help the one car in front of me. I asked what the deal was and the clerk said they had a special order from them ordering at the box and it took that long to make it. This store is a joke. The manager is a joke. The amount of attitude is a joke. Was originally told 30 mins for my "hot and ready" to be delivered then after check out it changed to an hour. So much for hot an ready eh. So I tried to call and ask to come pick it up instead and after 4 hang ups in a row I finally could talk to a person. Instead of listing options for me or at least kindly explaining that they do delivery through door dash not personal drivers and it's not an option to just switch it to pick up. I asked if it's an option to cancel the order completely and reorder the same thing for me to pick up considering that door dash hasn't even sent someone there because my food wasn't even finished being prepared. I get attitude of "I guess I could do that" so I ask to speak with the manager I get a "actually I am the manager" with twice the amount of attitude. I'm young I work in customer service I know how easy it is to be polite and educated on options for customers especially when you are a manager. Moral of the story go anywhere else. I love this place and I would recommend getting pizza there. The payment produces is quick when your inside and business is slow but if your in the drive thru it can take a long time. Every review I read says that the cheese was rotten and the pizza was hard..... ? I've been to this place 20+ times and I've never had a problem with the pizza.
