This place is the worst service ever! When your looking for an easy meal usually little Ceasars is my go to. But this location it seems like they don't Ike their job! I was there tonight when I tried to order crazy bread they said they were out! They were basically out of everything probably because they didn't want to make it! I know COVID is going on. But that doesn't give a store full of employees the right to sit around. First off I was in a line full of cars clear to the other end of the building. I sat and waited over more than 20 minutes. When I finally got to the menu board I ordered an e.m.b pizza crazy style with a side of breadsticks. Apparently they were out of this pizza so I didn't mind. I then asked for a 5 dollar pizza crazy style with the crazy combo. They said they could that. Then as I wait another what felt like ten minutes I finally get to the window just for them to tell me that they can't do a my pizza crazy style because the crazy "sauce" was already put in the fridge. Now why In the hell would you do that before ten. I was there even before nine. Then I just told them to just refund me for the crazy style charge after they offered me another crazy bread combo. Then the drive thru employee rolled her eyes and proceeded to sigh and grab the manager. I ended up getting my refund for the crazy style after they told me it would be at least 24 hours and then it would come back to my account. I'm glad I got my refund but the service was horrible. The pizza was horrible. It wasn't even cut. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will not be returning to this location again especially if their crews manager and employees just make excuses not to do their job and give the best customer service. read more

This is possibly the worst company...EVER! We ordered a pizza through the Little Caesar's website not knowing it was going to be eventually sent through DoorDash and that was the biggest mistake ever! The guy came to deliver our food early which is great but he sent us a picture of the bottom of the stairs of the condos we live in and proceeded to take the pizza for himself! We told him the unit number and building letter. He got that right but I guess he was hungry that night and decided someone else would buy him dinner that night. Being frustrated we contacted little Caesar's headquarters and DoorDash and neither one has made an attempt to make things right. Strangely enough that night I ordered another pizza through the DoorDash website from the same little Caesar's and it actually got delivered! DO NOT ORDER FROM THE LITTLE CAESARS WEBSITE! They will still your money and not contact the customer to make things right! I've even filed a complaint from the better business bureau and that was wasted breath. Filed a complaint on the little Caesar's website and still nothing. I hope they read this review and reach out to make things right but the won't because they are too cheap and want to keep making money. Don't bother calling they don't answer the phone either. You guys suck! And if I could leave zero stars I would. Also my DoorDash driver who actually delivered the pizza that night had the same thing happen to her with little Caesar's! Same experience that I read about. Ordered on the app, arrived at specified time, they hadn't made the order yet. Interesting thing is the girl asked if I ordered online or the app...should there be a difference. Still waiting for my pizza 10 minutes past the specified time. Staff is working hard and friendly. Seems to be a corporate problem and not specific to the store. They gave me an extra crazy bread for my wait. Little Caesars is the perfect example of "you get what you pay for". The pizza is far from the best, but not too bad if you need something quick and cheap. Most of all, the kids like it and there's a drive-thru, so it's kind of the perfect solution when you're running around town with the kids. UNLESS.... unless the drive thru line takes 40 minutes and there is no way to get out of it! Then you order and they don't have what you wanted (extra best cheese or whatever) so you order a regular cheese, then when you get to the window they claim you ordered three items and don't offer any sort of apology for the 40 minute wait. What?? Let's teach these millennials some customer service/basic human decency and figure out a solution of some type when cars are stuck in a drive thru line for 40 minutes with no escape please, Little Caesars. There was one employee in particularly that caught my eye because of how arrogant and rude she was, none of the employees were wearing name tags, but she had blonde hair that was at her shoulders. Little Caesar's is cheap and quick. It's not the best pizza, but you get what you pay for. I'm always surprised that they don't staff better on Friday or Saturday nights. This location had a line out the lot for the drive thru. So, I figured it would be faster to go in. Nope. There was also a line out the door. I figured it would move quickly (hot and ready is the slogan, right?!). Well it didn't move quickly. When I finally got inside, I counted at least 10 employees, yet- they only had 2 of their 4 registers open. About half of the young kids working, were really working, running around and doing their work as fast as they could. The other half were seriously just standing around. The manager appeared to be working the drive-thru and didn't really seem to have any idea that half her employees were not working. It was a circus. But I got two pizzas for $10 and my kids were happy. So.... as much as I hate the service, I can't say I'll never be back. read more

I have never had a good experience at this location. The only reason I USED TO come here (will not be going again) is because of the proximity. I have learned by now that it is worth the drive to go to a different location, maybe even worth the money to go a different pizza company altogether and pay more for better service. The service (at least on Sunday nights) is always awful. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for a "Hot and Ready" (LOL) and a deep dish. We parked in the lot, as instructed, and waited 15 minutes before going inside to check the status. After going inside, I was informed that the pizza hadn't even been placed in the oven and had accidentally been left out. I'm no expert at making cheap pizzas but how does any pizza place forget to put the pizza in the oven? The only reason I'm giving one star is because less is not an option. I went to this location last Friday. It was later at night but they were still open for an hour. I asked for the freshest pepperoni they had available. They gave me a pizza that was old and cold. I got home and had to warm it up in the oven because it was so cold. I also asked for crazy bread and it was just as old and cold. The crazy bread was burnt and hard. Our family has always enjoyed Little Caesar's, we tried the Most Bestest pizza when it came out and have been getting it ever since- practically once a week. However, this location I constantly have to send my pizza back because it's either got burnt spots or doesn't have the most bestest-level of cheese it used to. I got tired of getting home and seeing it that I have to check it there at the store now. I'd like to keep coming here since it's close to my house, but please don't try selling me a burnt pizza and make sure I'm seeing more cheese on the top of my pizza than sauce, which is just a normal pep. I pay the extra dollar to get that "premium" style pizza but am close to going back because that extra dollar doesn't seem worth it now. This is seriously the SLOWEST Little Caesar's I have ever been to. The staff that I saw has absolutely no hustle. The drive thru is claustrophobic in the first place, so once you choose to enter this looooong way, you are stuck, with no option to decide you want to leave if you feel you waited too long. I have been stuck in that driveway for an hour on one occasion (I won't make that mistake again) and thought it was just the drive thru that was slow. Tonight, I chose to walk in to get my food. I was two people back in line and I stayed that way for 15 minutes. There were also about 10 people behind me by the time I left. One staff member came to the cash register, took one person's order, and would go back in the back for 5 minutes. Repeat. I could spot at least 4 additional people in the back, plus one on drive thru (that girl did have hustle). I've been there 3 times out of convenience to me and I would rather drive further to avoid it. First world problems. However, I hope they can improve their customer experience. read more
