This location is better than the one by my house. Fast efficient and better prepared than other locations in the Chicagoland area.

I couldn't wait to get home to type this review and just like many, many people tell you all.. this place is beyond a joke. We're not curing cancer or conducting surgical procedures so why is it constantly so difficult to get orders correct and when the app reads it's ready for pick up it's NOT IN THE PORTAL?!!! Read, read, read the tickets employees, it isn't laborious to read letters that make words that complete sentences. These youngsters that are in there are young and I get that but again this isn't a difficult "career". If you can't do the simplest task at LC then I weep for your future. I AM DONE WITH LC and don't forget ladies and gentlemen, DOMINOS opens real soon which will be located on the same block near the the Chinese restaurant KING CHIP SUEY. Oh. My. Gosh. I have never had a worse experience than I did today. I have family in town and we decided to call ahead and order 3 pizzas. Making sure they have ample time to get them done. They told us a half hour. We show up for pick up and I pay the cashier walks away without a word and leaves me hanging! Im waiting for my pizza thinking maybe they were finishing up. They were calling out names so i was waiting to hear mine. Fast forward 30 minutes (plus the 30 minutes we were quoted when we called) I finally went up and asked what the heck was going on just to find out they chose not to call my name?? Im not sure what is going on here but it felt like chaos and I don't see myself going back. read more

I ordered food over then phone and when arrived for picked they say my order was canceled due to short staffed, then couldn't even make an order in person only online. So ordered online and some thing canceled. Horrible place ! read more

I have never been so disappointed with an establishment. I placed an order online, which somehow gets cancelled 6 minutes later without knowing why. Then, I call it in, and told it'll be 50 minutes. That's excessive. An hour later, I arrive and there is a line of 10 people, and another 5 waiting On the side. It took 20 minutes to get through the line, 3/4 of the people in front of me being told their orders are going to be another 35-45 minutes, and they just cancel it and move on. The employees did not care. My turn comes up, and at first they cannot find me, then when they finally find my order, tell me another 35-40 minutes. so, that would've been 2 hours for a restaurant emphasizing speedy pizza. Better call it in or use the app. This place is always busy and do not usually have much "Hot n Ready". I love pizza so I need my fix and it's always good unless I go for the "Hot n Ready". I had not been to this location in about 2 or 3 years because of the horrible service. I took a chance because I had a large order, and I was hesitant to go to the other location on 95th. I was prepared for the wait since I was ordering 8 specialty pizzas, so I was ok with the fact that it would be 30 minutes. The young lady was courteous and friendly. She had a very nice tone of voice and did not make me feel like she was doing me a favor by taking care of me, as is now the norm in almost any store/restaurant. The order was ready when she said it would be and she gave me cookies and stickers for my kids. She was very nice and professional. Excellent customer service at this location. read more

What a joke! Literally waited 15 minutes for a "Hot and Ready" pizza. Employees are rude and can't understand them. Speak up and articulate your words. Staff are also poorly trained and incompetent. I had been coming to this place for awhile now and I never had a problem until today that I went and saw the store has cockroaches.

I paid 4.55 dollars for one breadsticks with no sauce and asked for extra Parmesan so they charged me more and barely put any on the breadsticks. read more

The service here has slowed to a crawl for some reason. I have ordered with the portal to skip the lines, however sometimes the portal is unavailable to order from. I took my money elsewhere! I went into this location in Whiting, IN at 1:58pm I was next in line, the customer before me had 4 pizzas and two cheese breads. When I got to the register the cashier let the manager Jackie know that she needed a lunch combo. Jackie said no more lunch combos! The cashier then told the manager that we were in line at the register at 1:59 pm. She than replied "Is it paid for already!" At that point I had enough and decided to spend my money somewhere else. Anytime a manager can question her cashier like that in front of a customer as if there's no truth to what she's telling her. I think that's ridiculous. The cashier was friendly and apologetic but as for the manager she could of cared less about serving the customer with a smile. It wasn't after 2 pm and therefore the managers customer service was horrible and that's why I'm giving this restaurant 1 star. read more
