The park has a dirt track that's wide enough so that people can shuffle or sprint here without interfering with one another. The trees and plants are also gorgeous, and there are signs everywhere explaining why these particularly (local) species were selected and how the local watershed works. There are large concrete benches/stairs on the southern end of the track, so there's plenty of space to sit and watch even if you're not joining your exercising friends. The community center looks cool, and there's a Little Free Library out front that I like to use. It's so random that this is here!

Today May 30, 2026, I visited the site in Long Beach to wash one load. I over here'd the man with the salt and pepper bearded facial hair, glasses and hate and the big and tall heavy set women tell my son the key is over there the tone was aggressive as they seemed to have gotten upset with him asking for they key. They laughed as they told him it's right there and I walked towards the recipient where I told them both employees they were being rude. I went back to adding soap to my clothes and when I went towards the trash that was by the exit of the front door. I look up and the men sitting at the reception desk is look directly at me with an aggressive and angry face. I then told him what happened? He started raising his tone and said I can look where ever I want I'm the owner. I told him I understood but you're looking at me very aggressive. I then asked the big and tall women that was at the reception with him if I can have the owners number or corporate and the older men with salt and paper facial hair engaged and wanted escalate the situation more then what it needed to be. I told him you don't need to yell, I'm not yelling and you are very rude. he said that's my name. I had to remove myself from talking with him as he continued to become aggressive.
