I would recommend to come early since parking fills up due to paid parking in Old Town Orange down the street. We love all songs that all the kids end up loving to memorize and dancing to! After some songs and stories there is free play for around 30 more minutes. Other than story time, the Children's part of the library is a fun place for kids to play puzzles, crawl under an orange, and find some books to take home.

The staff was very helpful making sure we had all the paperwork ready to mail. They also have back up printed copies of forms incase you made a mistake. Another plus, they have a lot of state park pass available at this location. If you're lucky, it will automatically renew for another two weeks.

At first, I didn't know what it was, and thought it was a concert hall or something else lol This place makes studying look cool LOL But seriously, great looking library that is well-kept. Staff are nice and friendly. Very helpful staff overall. Seems like a pretty safe area? Perfect for finding a quiet place to study. I don't mind coming here to do some research or work on papers. It's relatively quiet inside too.

Mrs. Caroline tried to make him feel at ease and not to worry, when we needed more paperwork for him, once we got home I gave him Dramamine while I gathered paperwork!!! When we returned we were helped instantly by her and she answered all questions and was very thorough about the reviewing process etc..... Lastly i would like to say the minute you step into the Lobby you're INSTANTLY GREETED WITH A SMILE AND HELLO!!!! I started coming here to get books for my son to read daily and there's so many options. We've learned so much about sports, animals, weather, and different cultures. We have also participated in their monthly reading logs and gotten vouchers for free In N Out, Panda Express and Black Bear Diner. There's a play kitchen, toys, blocks, puzzles, and computers. We love staying and playing. It's a free and safe activity to partake in. The staff is wonderful. They offer self check out for the books as well. I highly recommend checking them out.

This is the first time i go to the euclid brand so i had no idea how to print, since in high school i printed at school. i needed to print in color so i asked an employee to help, her name was Jamie, (as soon as i walked in all staff just stared at me and my sister and there faces looked mad that we were there) Jamie came at me with an attitude and super rude, "did you not read the instructions" i told her i did what the paper said but i didn't know why it wouldn't print in color. she then told me to tap my phone to pay the $5.00, and so i did hoping she fixed it and would print in color. she then said "it'll come out through there" pointing at where the paper would come out. I needed 20 pages to print, we moved onto the printer and i took out the sheet and saw it was in black & white, i was just so upset. I made it clear that i needed it in color and she just gave me attitude. my sister would turn around and she told me "she's just staring at us and giving us dirty looks". I am so sorry, but she is working for a city, with many children/ adults who are low income who just want to get help and study in a place that was created for them. this didn't sit right with me and the attitude Jamie gave us was not ok. I had to pay $15 more dollars in order to print in color like i had asked for before. I have never been so dissatisfied. I hope to hear back from management and i will be filing a report with the city. I hope no other child ever feels the way me and my sister felt yesterday.

I was fuming like crazy over a wrong Amazon order twice, money issues, family issues, and job…read moreissues. I went here to print out a return sheet for an Amazon order, and instead of 15 cents. I was charged $10. I was mad as hell. I went back here, and one of the female staff members at the information desk was able to explain to me why this happens. She even showed me a sign as proof that this happens to a lot of people, not just me. Her kindness and professionalism quickly melted away my anger. I was thankful for her honesty and I left the library feeling much better. I was so close to writing a 1-star review. But thankfully the staff member was kind enough to explain this to me.

By far, one of the coolest and spacious libraries I have seen! They have a kids area, a teen area,…read moreadult area, a quiet area and they're still expanding! They even have a multipurpose room! Even though this might sound crazy within those rooms they have more rooms. Just in the kids place there is a small computer room, storytelling room, quiet room, and outdoor area. In the middle of all these other rooms, they have a big wide open area where there are tables that kids can do arts and crafts, and they have tons of books . I didn't know this library existed, but my niece invited me to story time. I was speechless. This is going to sound crazy, but storytime was a blast! The person who did story time was amazing with all the children! She knew how to keep them engaged and had their full attention! She was very sweet as well! Thinking back to my younger years I don't ever remember a library being this amazing! Or nearly as cool! It literally felt like I was transported to a different world. Definitely will keep going to this library! There are two levels: upstairs mostly holds adult books and then downstairs are for kids and teens. I LOVE that they have a "lucky day" section upstairs and I was able to pick up a book that's been on my list for some time. There are many tables with outlets and it was pretty clean. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Theres a back room with an office that had people talking and laughing very loudly. It's very unfortunate that they have a little bit of study rooms available. The seating area with tables is also in the middle of the library and close together so people tend to bump you as they walk through. Idk, but as for my first visit, I'm not coming back.

Shout out to the Fullerton library for suggesting to come here! Long story short, I lost my passport and needed expedite renewal as I have another international travel for 2/26. The staff was very helpful and they signed me in with a buzzer to know when my turn was up as they only have 1 agent. The facility has parking in the back and it looks very clean. The tables in the middle have power plugs on the top for you to use. They have meeting rooms and quiet rooms. Overall I had a good experience.
