Soon, my son was liking school and having fun. We are most impressed with the curriculum and the head start that it gave him. Our son was learning his ABC's and how to write the alphabet. They were also reading to the class and getting the kids into books. Our son is now 5-1/2 and we just had our first Kindergarten Parent/Teacher conference a couple of days ago. We were so happy to hear that the teacher was very impressed with the knowledge he had already! His first assessment results indicate that he has already mastered his ABC's and writing skills expectations for the year! His reading assessment reveals that he is one of the top 5 in his class. His Kindergarten teacher is moving him into 1st grade work, and attributes his preschool experience for his skill levels. We are so happy that he attended preschool at ABC Arnold! Thank you so much!

I have not had to utilize this, but it is comforting to know that it is available when, and if I ever need it. My son LOVES being there. They have many fun things to do, especially during the summer. They are on top of it when it comes to bullying and make sure that kids have an enjoyable time while there. For those on a tighter budget, it is very affordable.

The advertising on Groupon stated this weekend was a great time to visit Oodles. The website is a mess, if that has been changed, maybe the owner has seen the light. I called, I get a voicemail suggesting I e-mail or text for faster response. People have phone anxiety, no grudges there though I would have preferred to speak to a person. I text asking when we can use our groupon, wondering if we need to book in advance for classes or if they're just on a running basis or something. NO AVAILABILITY UNTIL OCTOBER note: there is nearly a week left in July, we bought the groupon last week I respond to the owner that I feel a bit misled because the Groupon title said "Unlimited classes" but the fine print says "capped at 8 classes" like.... just say 8 classes, don't call that unlimited. But, I am especially upset that we cannot use the tickets at all until October and that there is no indicator of that until you spend time trying to call. (note, it took over an hour to answer the texts during work hours) The response I received is, "You may initiate refund with Groupon. We never advertised this ad with Groupon and already have a ticket open with Groupon as they opened up Unauthorized ad without asking our permission. They have discontinued the ads as of last week." I apologize for my contractors' mistakes, but I don't make the customer work to remedy the mistake; it's poor leadership, bad customer service, and makes me very nervous about what experience my children will have in an environment that is supposed to be safe. It is difficult to find good children's places, so we'll be keeping the groupon and maybe we'll see what it is like and adjust the rating and response if it unsullies the experience thus far.

If your kid is ever creating a not-so-safe atmosphere for others, the teachers will give an earnest attempt to correct the situation before sending your kid home. Our son has had his fair share of being sent home for his harmful behavior towards others, but in being sent home, he has learned that if he wants to stay at school, he needs to make better choices. Over the last year and a half, the teachers have been patient and consistent, and he is catching on. He loves going to this school! We are absolutely lucky to have found them.

They are incredibly patient with the children and very attentive to their individual needs. I often saw Brittany, Veronica and Eli reading books to the children with so much enthusiasm and expression, dancing with music along with kids. They also knew the children's belongings right away and kept the classroom very clean and organized. I especially appreciated the bookshelves, where they regularly rotated different books, as well as how neat and organized the teachers' countertops were. These little details gave me a lot of confidence in the care my daughter was receiving and even encouraged me to occasionally donate books and toys to the classroom. I also really appreciate the themed parties and activities the center holds from time to time. Brittany often brings extra party items for the kids, making these experiences even more fun and memorable. When my daughter first transitioned to Early Preschool 2, she struggled with the change for a few weeks. She would tell me every day, "Mommy, I want to go back to the classroom downstairs. I like Brittany, Veronica, and Eli. I don't want to go upstairs." It really showed us how much she loved and trusted her teachers. We have also been very happy with her teachers upstairs, including Victoria, Lynette etc. Good teachers are truly hard to find, and we are very grateful for the care and love they have given our daughter. One thing I would love to see in the future is a little more teacher-child interaction and age-appropriate academic learning to help prepare the children for TK. Everyone is very welcoming and attentive to all the children. Our son has a couple food-related allergies (peanut and dairy) and they do their best to accommodate. Over the past few months, they have renovated the classrooms and made some improvements to the large play yard. There is also a centralized app (Brightwheel) where parents receive important updates, make payments, receive photo updates, and check-in/out their child/children and I have not run into any issues so far. Parking can be a bit busy on random occasions but they have enforced a new rule that prevents cars from blocking the main driveway and there's plenty of street parking if the actual spots are taken. We're lucky enough to walk to CEEP on occasion but when we do drive, there's almost always parking available for a quick pick up or drop off. Lastly, the curriculum and schedules are very well-balanced and our son always comes home sharing exciting updates about what he learned, what he saw, and/or what kinds of arts and crafts he worked on. I could keep going but I'll end this review by highlighting the excellent operation here and how happy my child (and my wife and I) feel about Cypress Early Explorers Preschool.

After a few weeks JJ wouldn't look back to say bye to me and right then I new he enjoyed coming. After JJ turned 2 he went to Mrs Charity's class and he would come home doing hand gestures to the nursery rhymes they would sing in class and make cute school projects.
