Capt Ron and Jim made sure my family and I were well taken care of and walked us through the scattering of the ashes. We were able to pinpoint where exactly we wanted to scatter my uncle's ashes and Capt Ron and Jim provided us with a card noting that latitude and longitude of the location for a nice memory and keepsake of my uncle. While Capt Ron drove the boat, Jim the deck hand conversed with us all and directed us on how to properly scatter the ashes on the bay water. I LOVE Family Laundry! The website is easy to place an order. They also have text message system…read morethat: confirms the order, lets you know when the driver is close so that you know when to set your laundry outside and confirms drop off. The pickup and drop offs are in a timely manner and the employees making the trip are always nice. My clothes come back smelling great and they are nicely packed and tied in stacks. You choose pickup and delivery windows on their app, select optional handling (oxy clean, double wash, etc.) from their default of wash, dry and fold--and that's it. They come right to your door and keep you informed on both legs of their trip. The standard minimum charges per maximum weight are spelled out in the app, as are charges for any of the requested special treatments--and they are great about clarifying anything you're unsure of. It's been wonderful service all around.
