Motor coaches, mini busses, vans, limousines, they got it all and they do a great job at showing up on time and in professional vehicles. I guess only thing I can recommend is to not lose your stuff, as they aren't baby sitters who pickup after you ;) Grown adults shouldn't have any issues working with Umbrella!

Umbrella Bus barely got our passengers from Point A to Point B, did not do so efficiently, and arguably didn't do it terribly safely. We booked Umbrella for a 54-passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from our wedding hotel to our ceremony venue, and then from the ceremony venue to the reception venue ($1050 total). I confirmed this itinerary with their staff by email and phone several times (at least three), because they kept sending me invoices that only showed a partial itinerary, but they assured me that they had the correct itinerary written down and would read off the correct itinerary on the phone when I called. On the first trip, the bus driver got the bottom of the bus stuck on a steep hill, rendering it unable to move. Guests had to walk nearly a quarter mile from where the bus got stuck to the ceremony site. The bus was also blocking the entrance to the park where the ceremony was held, meaning that park visitors and several wedding guests who were behind it were severely delayed in getting into the park. We had a couple of guests who missed some of the wedding ceremony because the bus blocked the entrance for so long. It would've been 3.5 stars if only for this, since it wasn't 100% the driver's fault, though he should really have known what the buses he drives are able to handle. On the second trip, though, despite me confirming the destinations in the itinerary with Umbrella MULTIPLE TIMES, the driver had somehow been given the wrong destination by their dispatch, and took guests back to the hotel instead of to the wedding reception venue. My family members had to argue with the driver, who insisted that he'd been told to take everyone back to the hotel, and "I'm only doing two trips, how will people get back to the hotel?" but he eventually relented and took everyone to the reception instead, but meant that most of the guests were delayed by quite a bit in getting to the reception. This definitely wasn't the driver's fault though, and was clearly the fault of the company/dispatch. He did eventually take the guests where they needed to go, which we appreciate.

It seems to also be a place with people would meet to exchange ideas especially in the area of local , state ,national, and global politics. You would even hear people with ideals about changing the system and romanticizing about revolution. These discussions were common especially in the Mission throughout the different cafes . It is the place to recruit and organize. There is one place which has turned a cafe into a forum and platform where people exchange ideas and some come to learn about others POV's. This place is located at the corner of 16th and Valencia and it's Manny's. Being born and raised a block away of where Manny's is now been established since 2017 the Mission has always been a hotbed when it comes to politics and now with integration of technology . You go inside Manny's it is cafe which doubles for some as a work office a retreat away from home and others a place to enjoy the bookstore inside Manny's. There are also alcoholic drinks available and they also serves food. I came here for the coffee and their bookstore. I got the mocha with the vanilla syrup and almond milk and it was tasty and not too sweet. I also got their croissant and it was not so flakey like some in SF. The croissant was like a hybrid of a savory pan dulce ( sweet bread) at a local Panaderia ( bakery) and a croissant which was a good thing. Whether you are a Data Scientist or a Political Scientist or a novice in SF this is a good space to check out. Come to Manny's they have food and "alcohol"they also have coffee and art on the "wall" it's a place to congregate year round Winter , Spring , Summer and "Fall" Manny's is multi dimensional space it's also a Village Square and a "Town Hall" Some stand together some in "compliance"others like to fight the system and are in "defiance "some seek community others are all about "self reliance" but Manny's is the place to relax whether your interest is data or "political science "

Justin helped me understand her trauma response and how I was reacting to her issues with my own issues which triggered her fear, abandoment, frustration, mistrust, and gravitation to conflict which induced my own defensiveness reactions and anger. He provided me with my own personal tools to deploy on a regular basis. These helped me be nice to myself and appreciate my purpose and that I was actually doing my best to improve myself and provide love most importantly. Some of those solutions and tools such as meditation, mindfulness, self awareness/development created personal behavioral changes and coping strategies I now feel better about myself . A relationship tools I really liked was his own self developed 'Oh-Five-X Repair Framework' ( a one page document) which has provided us ability to create a safe place for trust, healing, and recovering from past trauma and experiences in our relationship and personal pasts. I've developed a deeper understanding and awareness of myself and Justin's actionable tools and strategies are much more than what most other life coaches or counselors can deliver. Its his ability to land these strategies/tools on point and get you to understand how to employ them to get better/improve/develop yourself With this guidance I've noticed I've become more empathetic, less reative and more self caring so my family can continue to heal, and our relationship and welfare of ourselves beniftis our family. He set a tone that made us look beyond ourselves, towards an us. He challenged us to imagine the relationship we wanted while helping us never lose sight of reality as it is. He was also skilled at helping us pivot when the connection was severing and communication was getting derailed by one of our more dysfunctional patterns. In those moments, he would interrupt the process and guide us to feel deeper down. Here we'd often uncover what was driving the seemingly intractable issues we faced. In his sessions, he made sure all paths led back to the love we had for each other. He had an uncanny ability to discern when we were speaking from our heads not our hearts. When conversations devolved into tit for tat or some lower rung on the communication food chain, Justin would be a step ahead and steer us towards a more loving, honest space. I can remember times when he would allow things to play out to their own dead end, and then work with us to find a path back to compassion and love for each other. And a few times, when it would get too heavily charged, Justin would guide us to use mindfulness practices or breathing exercises to regroup. Justin has all the skills a couples' counselor needs to help a couple, and he is very thorough and dedicated to his work. In counsel with Justin, you get the feeling you're working with someone who is hard at work doing their life's work.

Most recently I asked if Catherine, the owner/designer/fabricator, if she could make me a ring using a gemstone my wife and I purchased on our honeymoon in India some 30 years ago. She dropped what she as doing and spent time sketching out some ideas for how to mount the ring in silver. We settled on a dessign (I wanted a more masculine forefinger ring) and within a week she had a full sized wax model that I could try on and suggest any modifcations ... the model looked great as is! A few days later the ring was finished. It looked awesome and was exactly what I hoped for! I can't say enough about CG Designs.!
