What I appreciated most was that he didn't just start replacing parts. He thoroughly diagnosed the system, explained what he was testing, and walked me through the results. He showed me that the capacitor was testing low, the contactor was worn and pitted, and even performed a megger test on the compressor to verify it was still healthy. After the repairs, he confirmed everything was working properly by showing me the compressor amperage had dropped back to normal and that the system had an 18-degree temperature split. Keon was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He explained the pros and cons of the recommended repairs, including the hard-start kit, so I could make an informed decision instead of feeling pressured. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. By the time he was done, our AC was cooling properly again, and he even worked with us on the final price. A very nice woman named Jen helped us. Jen helped us figure out the best length and found the perfect gold chain for the locket. My wife was also gifted a birthstone bracelet (that she also wanted to wear to the upcoming event) but it wouldn't stay in place around her wrist so we also took the bracelet to Oaks Jewelers to be re-sized. Jen figured out the best length so it would stay in place, but the bracelet wouldn't be ready in time to wear to the event. (Our fault -- we had been meaning to get to Oaks Jewelers for quite some time and the locket was the most important so my wife was still happy.) However, a few days before the event, we got a text from Oaks Jewelers that the bracelet was ready to be picked up!
