Everything happened right away and this made all the difference for my 2 week old little, who had started falling off the weight curve! The procedure was very quick and helped tremendously with the feeding difficulties we were having. Though this procedure is not covered by insurance, I found their fees reasonable and they offered the opportunity to use care credit. Dr. Bob is a wonderful dentist and the office is well run! I have been in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Bob is bilingual as most of his staff is as well. There's a dollhouse, games like Connect 4, a coffee maker for parents, and even a photo op area with a swing and little doctor's white coats! My kids found their names right away and were absolutely thrilled -- it made them feel so special, like this was their place. Once inside, it just gets better. Kids get to choose fun sunglasses for the appointment. They offer flavored gel to make the experience more comfortable. Each chair has a TV on the ceiling and headphones, which completely distracts them (in the best way).
