I first went there to sell the unsentimental and just outgrown clothes, but keep coming back for the value of clothes I can get while waiting for an offer! The staff are quick, courteous and so friendly. I've told them time and again that I prefer Little Giggles over KidtoKid. The store itself is so organized and mostly well labeled. They're so patient and informative if I ever come up with a question. Like many resellers stores, they dont always give what you think your items should be valued, but that's just my opinion. They offer enough to where I at least dont walk away defeated, so that's on me. Will continue to visit and hope for the best deal each time. read more

I was doing some shopping for our Christmas family who had a 10 month old and I wanted to get more bang for my book, so I went to little giggles. It is an awesome shopping experience for children many of the objects though this is a resale shop renew, and had the original tags on them. They had a Christmas section so you didn't have to go digging everything's organized by size. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there's a wide selection. $27. I got a rain jacket, two nice party dresses: one for Christmas, one for New Year's, 4 nice onesies and this adorable one that has strawberry on the butt. The brands were Carter and everything was lightly worn if worn at all. I think it's an amazing value for the amount and the stuff you get. When in need, I will be shopping here again. read more

I read online that they give 20% more if you sale to them so this is what brought me in. I brought about 10 items, two of them being converse. They said they wanted to buy all of it for $8.60 store credit What a ripoff. They literally robbed you! This place is way overpriced on most items. Every other shirt has stains on them or the colors of the clothing are all completely faded, jeans are about to rip at the knees. You can find a few good things once your dig through everything! Honestly just go to Burlington and buy new clothes for the same price that they sale used clothing here. read more

Little Giggles is my go to kids consignment shop for both shopping and for selling. The staff is always super helpful and they have a great selection. As a mom of 7 kiddos I appreciate having a store where I can go to get all the things for all ages and stages. This is my go to for kids clothes. I've sold there and bought there and have had great experiences every time. The prices are great and the clothes are good quality. People complaining and rating one stars for not buying the clothes they were trying to sell is idiotic. They aren't going to buy everything, and when they are only selling some items for a couple dollars what do you expect they will offer you? This place is great. Very happy with this location. They are very fair and pay cash when available. Some people seem upset they don't pay much but any of these stores don't pay a lot because they have to resale at a used price and they have overhead. They pay higher than the other kid place on cooper and you don't have to mess with annoying Facebook or offer up people constantly asking about it then not showing just to get a couple bucks more. Honestly I am getting better than garage sale prices and that's all I can ask for. Why waste the time to sell myself when I can offload them quickly for cash. My impression of this place is "over priced" !! 100% Most baby outfits are priced between $4 to $6. I typically buy similar outfits new from $7 to $10. I wouldn't mind paying just a few bucks less for used/discounted clothes, but most items are worn and stained (I'm assuming they won't clean anything they buy before putting it out on the floor), it just looks and smells old - It seems they buy anything so that might be a plus for sellers but as a buyer, I say no thanks. Bottom line is this place is expensive, there's no quality items and btw none of the staff bothered to acknowledge me or say hello when I walked in the store. read more

Drove 45 minutes in traffic to this location after calling and listening to their recording which stated they are currently paying cash for items! Once I got there they said they are only doing store credit. I asked to talk to a manager Stephanie(who I had spoke to originally) then said she is the supervisor. I asked to speak to a manager, she quickly became the manager on duty! I then asked who is over her and Misty is but will not be in till tomorrow when they are paying cash! She was rude and inconsiderate and didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I have been shopping here for years & a love this place! I can always find what I'm looking for, they carry sizes from 0-3 months up to size 16 for girls. You can even find some maternity wear & gently used baby gear. I can usually catch a good sale or clearance and my girls like coming here to see what they can find. They also have punch cards for every $10 you spend so once the card is full you get 20% off your next purchase. I will shop here until my kids outgrow the sizes they carry or no longer care to come. read more

First off, I would like to state that I'm not much of a "thrifter", but babies grow crazy fast so in this case I was like eff it, I'm going to try this place out. Once you walk in, you kinda have to scope out the place for an employee to assist. Once I found someone, I asked her for a specific item and she said "hold on" to finish her text. At that time, I began to look at her like she was crazy (is this really what customer service is now? ), after she was done, she POINTED me in the direction and I began to search. Unfortunately, they didn't have It which was fine, but I noticed that alot of their used merchandise like bouncers, pack n plays and high chairs are priced as if they were brand new. This is my go-to place for clothes for my toddler. I've been coming here since she was in 3-6 months. They organize everything by size so you can easily find what you need. They use fivestars rewards so I earn discounts through that as well. Most everything I have seen has been in great shape, and super cute. She always gets compliments from the outfits I buy her, and I never have to spend a fortune to get her ready for the upcoming season. The other day, I found a pair or Lucky Brand jeggings for $2.99. Brand new. What a steal. The only downside is... the place is really small and feels pretty crowded, so I try to go without my daughter who's stroller gets stuck all in the aisles and trapped on tags and shelving. read more

This is a smaller shop than some nearby. I found it well organized with good prices. I picked up some nice clothing in good condition for less than other nearby resale shops were selling it for. Some clothing has a little more "used" appearance but it is priced accordingly. The pricing here fits the item. The selection is manageable so you can get through it without being there forever. I appreciate that. Overall I am pleased and will be back. Also the ladies at the desk were great. Very rude. I haven't been there since my bad experience with them. The way they handle their customers is beyond unprofessional. They are unapologetic for anything that occurs in their store, and their words fall flat. Even trying to embarrass their customers as an excuse for their behavior and call them out for things. Their Facebook page is filled with good and bad reviews and I'm pretty sure friends of the owner are a lot of where the good reviews come from. The owner was nice, but they have a huge problem with the rest of the staff. Most of the staff is complied of teenagers/young adults that could care less what you need or want, and are filled with angst and come off very cold. They don't care about the customer. read more

Absolutely fabulous store, very and I mean very well kept, employees are very helpful and friendly. Great selection and beautiful clothes for all styles and budgets, I am a huge fan of boutique stuff and this is by far my favorite store in the entire metroplex. I enjoy shopping here snd my children definitely love the kids center where they can watch a movie while I check out the extensive and wide selection of shoes. The have costumes, shoes, blankets, toys, and anything kid related items. I love how they're buying policy run they take only well kept and beautiful clothes so if you shop walmart and target dont even bother to try to sell your items here, but if you have highend and boutique for sure they will gladly buy. Not very happy with my experience here at all I called before I came in they told me that they were looking for summer clothes so I brought summer clothes out of the clothes that I brought they only picked two items which were not summer clothes they were long sleeve. They didn't pick any of the summer clothes which were very very lightly worn and the swim trunks they didn't even want! Why tell somebody something over the phone and then change it up once they show up in person???? So they offered me $2 for two shirts one of them being a brand new polo brand button up brand new $2 so I declined. Went down the street to kid to kid THEY BOUGHT ALL MY CLOTHES AND THE STROLLER little Giggles didn't want the stroller because they said it had stains on it too bad they weren't stains they were actually part of the pattern and I tried to tell the lady that and she told me " No they're stains" very rudely. Kid to kid gave me a very nice amount and they were super nice I don't know why I even went to a little Giggles when our regular only shop at Kidd to Kidd anyway I definitely won't be back. I am baffled at how this place received so many stars. I admit that I did not look at the price on clothes or shoes. I was starting my own In-Home daycare and needed a few items. Granted they are on the more expensive side which I was already expecting but I didn't expect to walk into a place that looked like the items were garage sale/thrift store merchandise with Name Brand prices. I did end up purchasing a Mikey Mouse stroller with umbrella for $29.99 before tax. I found out a couple of days later that Walmart has a brand new solid color umbrella stroller for $27. LOVE this place, employees are friendly, they greet everyone when they come in, they ask if you need help finding something and when they get to know you they will point out items that are similar to what you have bought before. They have a great kids' area with a tv and legos in a play area so once you put your child in to play while you shop you are assured that your kids are safe. Their prices are much more reasonable than the other resale shops in town, both in buy and selling; They have wonderful sales, not the so so ones that the other place has. The turn around when you are selling is quick and the prices offered are very fair. By far the best deal in town - AND if you have a rewards card from the other store in the area you can use it at this store - Obviously this is the place I go to 90% of the time. read more
