I had came in to get my sons school uniforms but the pants was not there and she helped me look for some pants and come to find out when I orders online I ordered an 8 but as we looked for some pants he was actually a 10. So that was really nice and she made sure my order was all good to go and now worrying about uniforms is checked off my list. I can differently see that they value their customers and want to make sure that every customers walks out smiling. When I picked it up everything was packaged in 2 large bags, so I asked for some small bags. Without even asking me if they were for gifts or how many I needed, I was rudely told no. I can only assume the look on my face, as she quickly said they were low on stock, but yet they had plenty next to the registers. The longer I waited the more upset I felt that my Mother's Day Gifts would not be in Bath and Body Works bags, because let's face it... who's not excited to open the bag and see what you got, right? On the way out I asked to speak with a manager, and asked for extra bags. I really should not have to explain I just spent over $300 in gifts and would like a couple of bags to package the gifts since they were for different people. To someone else this maybe a trivial thing, but to me it was ludicrous to begrudge me a couple bags for gifts.
