Perry's home furnishing in Vincennes is literally the worst possible place I've ever gotten…read moresomething from. We wanted to support and shop at a local business, but from the minute we got our $1500 table from them, there has been ongoing problems with it. The leaflets don't lock in place even though we MADE SURE the table is level, the bench took from may to AUGUST to come in DENTED when we were told it would be around a month. We talked about a replacement bench before September and have heard nothing since. It's December. This has all been under a year, And the "manager" that we just spoke to was completely rude and hateful and does not know how to speak to customers what so ever. This table is not worth the money they oversold it for and they refuse to do anything about it. It's made to be a maybe $500 table being sold for $1500 and the man in his like 40s acts like an upset teen age boy when a customer actually complains and does nothing at all to fix the issue. They don't deserve to be open if they're going to sell crappy products and then do nothing but get MAD when a customer wants the issue addressed. If I would have YELLED and HUNG UP on a customer the way he did at my past job as a sales SPECIALIST I would have been TERMINATED. Do not give them your money, they'll only steal it and give you a crappy product

We ended up at Kohl's in Vincennes, Indiana. So as I was shopping with my eight-year-old, and my 88-year-old dad and here it is almost Christmas. There were all kinds of people in the store and it was busy. I was shopping with my dad and all the sudden I realized he had left us. This is not a big concern, but slightly because I never know what we will end up doing so as we were shopping, and looking for dad, I find him, and this absolutely precious sales clerk (I think her name was Hailey) was taking him around the store, helping him find 2 pair of pajamas for my mother. She was very patiently waiting as he would find either a reason that it was not just perfect or it wasn't made quite right for mom. Not one time did she do anything less but to smile and try to find something that would suit him. The funny thing is my dad is very particular when it comes to shopping and it is very trying sometimes on your patience. But not one time did she do anything except encourage him that they would find the perfect pajamas for my mother. I don't know for sure how long she helped him but I know I was with him for about 15 minutes and they had been looking for quite a while before that. I just want to give a big shout out once again to Kohl's in Vincennes, IN. This is why I love shopping at Kohl's, Customer Service is number one!
