The attention to detail always makes for a beautiful arrangement! Floral selection can be limited at times but they always bring their best!

I ordered my bridal bouquet months in advance for my wedding in big bear on Oct 5th. I emailed with Liz about a month or 2 before the event when I payed my bouquet off.. and on my wedding day I couldn't remember the drop off time but I know it was 2hour or so before my event started.. when I arrived at my venue I asked if my bouquet had been delivered yet and they said no. I was like no way it's already an hour till event time. About 30 mins before my ceremony started my flowers still weren't delivered. so I called the shop and the girl I talked to asked what was the event date and name I told her and she said " oh yeah we'll deliver it within the next 10 mins"... which it sounded as if they had forgot about my event. Once they were delivered I thought they were beautiful and I was just happy to have my bouquet in time for my ceremony. Upon looking at them some of my flowers looked a little Withered as if they were sitting for a long time before so I didn't understand if it was done why weren't they delivered on time??? I don't know I think they were beautiful a little heavy to carry but they were nice at the end of the day. ‍ read more

I continue to be impressed by this florist. My husband again surprised me with flowers from Little Green House during our recent weekend trip to Big Bear. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful in every way. The color palate was spot on and the arrangement of the flowers was perfectly done. Incredible views from any angle and viewpoint. The flowers were super fresh, and I was able to enjoy them for awhile. Cannot say enough great things about this little florist in Big Bear. This is an adorable little florist. We needed an arrangement for a funeral, I really wanted a plant with flowers added. Anne said they had no orchids, but that she could add stock flowers in plastic water reservoirs to brighten up the philodendron I chose. They weren't planning to open over the weekend so we picked it up Friday. It was very attractive and they even gave us a travel box since we had to get to Palmdale. Great prices too. read more

I had put my trust in this florist to deliver an arrangement to a cabin I rented for my wife's 55th birthday. It included 2- number 5 mylar balloons. The order was delivered to the cabin and when we arrived from dinner I noticed there was only 1 balloon. Next day I called florist to let them know due to they were closed already that day. The salesperson advised that she could have me go pick one up if I wanted. I had asked just for a credit for the one balloon and she said she couldn't do that since 2 were delivered. Apparently 1 had flown away and she let me know it was my fault for letting them deliver to the porch! So needless to say I was very disappointed in the customer service and the taking care of the customer. I spent over $100 and the arrangement was more like a $45 dollar arrangement. Won't use their service or recommend to anyone. Unfortunate. read more

Only for them to deliver it to us unfinished and not what we ordered. A complete disappointment of nothing but pink. The woman I spoke with several times was rude and was not helping to fix the issue. For the amount of money plus tip we spent was not worth it! Now last minute the day before I'm having to figure something else out! My son and daughter-in-love had their first baby girl and I wanted to send them something that screamed congratulations! I reached out to The Little Green House to design something different with all of the flowers that I love, that didn't look like I just picked up at any ordinary flower shop. I spoke w/ Liz and advised her what I was looking for and she told me that they would put together something beautiful and would also send me a photo of what the arrangement looked like before it went out for delivery. I have had some very nice dealings with Little Greenhouse in the past. However this time not so much. The flowers I ordered from a photo looked very little like what was received. I realize the Teleflora photos are one-sided and you can't expect the arrangements to be identical, however, in my opinion the arrangement was not professional or pretty. I feel like they should have been expertly arranged and these were definitely not that. Also where's the cute ribbon that added so much charm to the arrangement in the photo? I don't think it is wrong to expect better from a florist I've dealt with for years. read more

I ordered flowers for my friend for Mother's Day. I have ordered from here before and not been totally disappointed, but no florist ever delivers flowers that look like the pictures. Anyway, they insist the flowers were delivered, but the home security cameras picked up other deliveries, but not any flowers. We can't speculate what could have happened, but the fact is they weren't delivered. And the recipient was in and out of the house all afternoon. So they were going to get "something" delivered today, and this is it?! My friend was happy to receive the flowers, but this is definitely NOT what I paid for. With the prices businesses charge in Big Bear, and this florist is no exception, you'd think they would have done better than this. Thank for the effort, but I could have bought grocery store flowers that looked better, and been cheaper. Next time I'll hire someone to do that( I live in a different state). I called in advance to set up a flower arrangement for a birthday. The flowers didn't disappoint!! The driver originally only dropped off one mini arrangement and so it was tedious to have to wait for the others to arrive so we could have the full plated brunch. I requested wedding flowers from Little Green House, with only a two week notice. They put me in touch with Liz, and because I do not live locally, I was able to communicate with her by phone and email. I sent Liz some Pinterest photos of my ideas, and she said they could make it happen. She even gave me some advice in the areas I was uncertain, and never tried to upsell me. These ladies are hands down the BEST florist I've ever worked with. I ordered a small sized romance package for my hotel room, to celebrate mine and my boyfriend's anniversary. The price for my package was $85, and it included; 10 balloons (5 Red, 5 Purple) 3 long-stem roses, in a vase (1 Red, 1 Lavender, 1 White) 1 bag of Red and Lavender rise petals on the bed 5-White mini-candles 1-Small box of candies 1- Bottle of champagne - (I had a $20 charge for the champagne of my choice, that wasn't offered through the shop.) Delivery charge I worked with all the ladies strictly over the phone, and through email, and I couldn't be any happier or satisfied with the caliber of professionalism, and customer service throughout the transaction. It was on 01/28/2020 that my grandfather had passed away. So on 01/28/2022 I had the sudden urge to go visit where his resting place is. Ordered the 'Make A Wish' bouquet which promises "a summery mix of yellow daisy chrysanthemums, purple asters and red and orange carnations". The photo on the website was bright and colourful and it reflected the recipient's colourful and cheerful personality so seemed like the perfect choice. However, the bouquet that was sent was bland with only a few pale yellows and muted oranges... but mostly white daisies that dominated the arrangement at a cost of $55.
