So I called ahead to get pricing for a corsage for a prom. The person I spoke with text me some photos of corsage examples and I liked what they looked like and I placed my order over the phone. We discussed colors and flowers. When I picked up, the corsage the box was nothing like the photo that was sent. The flowers were tiny, the entire thing was small and had some cheap type of ribbon that looked like the ribbon used to wrap gifts. I left with it feeling a bit uneasy about my purchase since it was not cheap and so I decided to call and told them that what I was thinking. The lady was very nice and told me to come back and she would remake it. She remade the whole thing and added bigger flowers and pretty glittery ribbon, much like what the picture showed. She made it right but what I don't like is that I was expected to have taken home the first tiny little corsage and I'm afraid that many people ended up with something less than expected. We spend a lot of money for prom and I want to make sure that everyone gets what they pay for. The lady did mention that someone else helped make corsages this season because they had a lot of orders but someone should definitely be checking the quality before handing them out especially bc they are pricey.
