This location is located in the heart of downtown Athens. There's plenty of seating and orders are made right in front of you. They sell by the slice or pie. I only bought a slice because I parked near by and my niece needed to use the bathroom and our actually destination was too far. I didn't eat the pizza right away so it could be the fact I didn't eat it fresh but my slice wasn't worth 5$ in my opinion. Proably a great place to soak up a night out of drinking, it's located by a bar. The inside looks like it has history but definitely could use some renovations but considering it's a collage town and most customers are already a few beers in , it's just right

Old school Athens, hole in the wall sandwich and pizza shop that's been around for years. I always get thin crust pizza- its the best ever and if you get some jalapeños, be sure to be prepared for heat. In town for a visit, stopped by to grab a couple slices of my fav thin and crispy slices of pepperoni, black olive and mushroom and it was sooo good!! Huge slices, the whole pies are huge as well and price points are for college students. Affordable pizza, sandwiches, antipasto , cold beer, its all here. If you haven't tried it, come in and have a bite and see. Highly recommend!!

Ordered pizza to go and it was so yummy! The staff was very nice and it was a cute little pizza joint. I think it'll take about 20-25~ mins for the pizza to be done after you place it! But it was hot n fresh

Little Italy in Athans Georgia is a retro Italian sandwich shop with good sandwiches and pizza right in the heart of UGA. After doing a charity walk in the AM, I went to lunch with my best friend Melody (also a Yelper) and her family. We enjoyed a good lunch before heading back home. I am sure this place has many a student visiting this establishment for a quick bit t

Super, large pizza slices. Customize by adding your own toppings. I added green peppers and onions. The veggies were plentiful and tasted so fresh. Busy place due to it's proximity to UGA. Cash price is lower than price for using plastic.

The best pizza & subs in Athens!!! Hands down the freshest. Delicious subs with amazing bread. Bottle beer or pitcher, and it's open late......after the bars close. This place has been Athens downtown "go to spot" since it opened in 1997. Awesome customer service.

Little Italy is a great place in downtown Athens across the street from South end of the the UGA campus. They serve hot and cold sandwiches, pizza by the slice and whole pies, and salads; think antipasto. There might be other items on the menu I don't recall. I got the Meatball Parm, which was quite good. You can order a 6 inch or a 12 inch sandwich. The 12 inch is big enough to share, and it's conveniently cut in half. Beer and soft drinks are offered. Pro tip: If you want something stronger after your meal, the quite excellent Road House is right next door. It opens at 2:00 p.m. A little bit late lunch followed by a stop at The Road House next door is where it's at if one is at liberty to do so. The service was friendly and prompt. I went there around 1:00 p.m., and it wasn't busy. At night, however, it gets packed with UGA kids when they are done drinking at one or more of the numerous bars in downtown Athens. The place is quite roomy with lots of tables and booths. As depicted in my pics, the love for the UGA Dawgs is strong here. It's a legit very reasonably priced pizzeria. Cheers!

This is the one spot in Athens that genuinely has NY style pizza. I got 2 simple slices of thin slice cheese pizza and for the portion, the price was fair. The pizza was cooked to perfection and had just the right amounts of flavor. I also got a veggie sub which was SO good and filled with lots of veggies and cheese. Both meals were very filling and the service was quick and friendly! The atmosphere of the place has a very downtown diner vibe, but it's a good spot to come hangout with friends. If you're ever craving some greasy NY goodness, then this is your spot! Will be visiting again!

The red sauce. Needs more flavor. It would be divine if it was a longed simmered Sunday sauce with onions, garlic, oregano, and basil.

Nice by the slice joint; not the fastest but good quality. Plenty of booths to stretch out in and enjoy a beer. Or twelve.

Great after a night out since they are open late. I like how you can buy just a slice and still add whatever toppings you want.

    Is it kid friendly?

Took my daughter on a Saturday evening around 6:00 and we had a great experience. Many other kids the at that time.

It's generously portioned, and it's more than enough for two. Pizza wise, we got the "Meatsiah" consisting of "signature cheese blend, crispy Ezzo pepperoni, house-made Italian sausage, thick-cut Nuke's bacon, [and] tender shaved ribeye." It was amazingly good and some of the best pizza I've had anywhere. I washed mine down with a Creature Comforts Tropicalia as one does. It's a stylish upscale place. Shout out to Piper who provided great, on the ball service. Cheers!

It came out fine, so he ordered a second one--only to have the manager come over after the order was placed to say they were "too busy" to accommodate those same modifications again. Apparently the server "shouldn't have allowed it." That's not just inconsistent, it's poor communication and puts the customer (and server) in an awkward spot for no reason. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was honestly one of the driest things I've ever tried to eat. I could barely get through two bites. The fries that came with it left me with pretty bad indigestion later, which is unusual for me. Our daughters ordered pizza, which was fine--but it arrived about 30 minutes after our food, so we weren't even eating together as a family. We also ordered a bottle of prosecco that was barely chilled. We had to ask for an ice bucket just to make it drinkable. Between the food quality, inconsistent service, and overall experience, this was a miss across the board.
