The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

Free coffee during this time for parents. The only thing I didn't like is the arcade. Several of the games weren't working and I feel like it would be better if it was separate like in a separate room because it's easy for the young kids to get distracted by the arcade. In general I liked the bouncy houses and big climb up area with slides. Will probably go again!

Review of water park only:…read more Don't buy for the whole family. We made the mistake of buying for a family of 4, but only small kids would enjoy this. Could have saved half the cost by just buying for 2 kids. You definitely don't need more than an hour either. It's really loud, so it's not great for autistic or sensory sensitive kids. My kids don't enjoy water directly in their face, and there's nowhere to go that doesn't have water landing directly in your face. There's nowhere for adults to sit, and it's a small room so there's residual splashing everywhere; wear pool shoes even if you don't go on the play structure and are just supervising the kids. During the 5-minute breaks once per hour, it would be nice if you could use the adjacent pool I but it was occupied with aquatic sports teams. Staff were very friendly, and the overall sports/rec facility looks huge and very clean. Locker rooms were very clean as well. For our family, however, it just wasn't worth the price paid nor was it the type of water park that would work for older kids or autistic kids.

I came back to host a birthday party. For any parent, looking for a party venue for their child I…read morehighly recommend this place. I booked the option two party about three months in advance. What's great is that you just select a theme from the pictures they have they send you a digital invite to send out and as you get close to the party date, they'll confirm the theme and give you an idea of what the schedule is. That's it that's literally all you have to do. Honestly, if you were to just walk in the door without anything in hand other than a child, your 90 minute birthday party would go off without a hitch. They had the cupcakes, the utensils, the balloons, the beautiful room set up and they had the goodie bags. Honestly, a lot of the parents gave us a compliment on organizing the party and how much fun they had and I felt weird taking any credit for it. We had an assigned party planner that was very invested in making sure everything was running on time and that the room was set up perfectly to our needs. And at the end of the party, they packed everything up for you. What's wild is they actually packed everything back in the original containers organized and ready to go. And then these poor people had to re-organize all the toys that our party had demolished and dragged a different corners of the room all within 30 minutes. I hate planning, and hosting events gives me a lot of anxiety, so to have a party go off successfully with my minimal involvement is amazing.

First of all, the concept of a pretend Main Street USA with shops with all kinds of props and working cash registers with play money inside is brilliant. I remember playing pretend shop keeper with my brother and cousins as kids and we would have loved this place. Secondly, the place is very well maintained and has plenty of space for the more active kids to just run around from shop to shop. My wife loved it so much she booked one of their other locations for our son's birthday which is many months away.

I took my two kids ( under 6 yrs) on a Sunday mid-day and it was very busy. It's been very cold…read moreoutside and I think many parents needed their kids out and about doing something. It was definitely over-crowded and quite hard to find a table to sit down. We eventually found one right at the back of the store. The kids had the best time but scramble employees were no where to be found! There was no one monitoring kids. My kid got hurt a few times by slightly older kids and it was quite chaotic. The staff were not cleaning at all. You have to remove your shoes before entering the play area but the toilets are located inside the play designated area which means you have to go into the bathroom with socks on which is very gross. They should allow shoes in the bathroom area. Also the soap dispensers were empty and the lady that cleans the bathroom just hung out in the bathroom not really cleaning or filling the soap. The cafe - there are food options for kids and adults. We did try the kids pizza and French fries. The pizza was fine( cheese) but the fries were not good. It tasted like they fried it in very old oil. They do have coffee but I did not try it as the didn't have an option for skim milk. They do not allow outside food or drink but no one seems to really monitor that. Security - ok so this is non-existent. There is a door that divides outside area with inside play area but kids can easily open the door and leave the premises. The lady that stands by the door doesn't monitor kids matches with their guardians. She just opens and closes the door and often she is not there at all. They do not give wristbands at all or any form of security feature. So watch your kids closely while you are there as once they go into that massive play area it's difficult to locate them. The kids seemed to enjoy it as they don't worry about germs , dirt or food. I mean it's fine for an hour or so but honestly it was the last resort when deciding on a place to take the kids too. They also charge the adults an entry fee!!! ‍ I mean it's not like we are playing in the kids areas . I think we paid $55 for entry (2 kids and 2 adults). Would I go back? Not by choice but if the kids asked then I would consider it for an hour or two. ( definitely not on a weekend though).

We waited at the front desk for quite a long time with no staff present. Eventually, a staff member named Annaia saw us but appeared to be walking away until I called her over. When she finally assisted us, her attitude was very rude and impatient. Her manner was abrupt and unprofessional. When I mentioned that we had been waiting for a long time, she simply responded that they were "very busy," in a dismissive tone, without any apology or acknowledgment. I understand that things can get busy, but basic courtesy and respect toward customers should always be maintained. This was the first time I've encountered such poor service here, and it was quite disappointing given my past experiences. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service to prevent this from happening again.

I'm going to keep this relatively short and unsweet. I really wished I had read the other reviews…read morebefore going here. When I think it National Geographic, I think "as big as the world". The building looks huge from outside but the museum is very small in comparison. It's not really a museum by common standards either. I asked if there was anything else besides the King Tut exhibit and the staff indicated there was a small gallery in the 2nd building of some of the history of Nat Geo but other than that no. They were right, the 2nd building only had a small alcove with videos of some of the key people in Nat Geo history and some of their old exploration equipment. Very small. The theater auditorium is also in the 2nd building which allows you to watch a Nat Geo movie included in the ticket price. The staff said that the "museum" usually is just the main exhibition. The King Tut exhibit while generally informative was lacking. There are no real artifacts. None at all. When I think of immersive exhibits I think of Artechouse in DC. Being completely engulfed by the exhibition as well as being able to interact with the exhibit. The King Tut exhibit was not that. A couple of rooms with crudely draw electronic projections and a few sparse touchscreens then a lead back to the gift shop. I felt like I wasted $20+ especially since I came to the museum to learn about Nat Geo and re-ignite my fire for exploring the outdoors and places previously unknown. Even though Nat Geo isn't printed anymore, the society still has had a major impact on showcasing the world we live in. I just wish I had seen more of that innovation and drive and legacy in this museum.
