The venue is clean, quiet and well-kept. The staff member was very polite and attentive. The massage itself was almost methodical and the pressure could have been a bit stronger for my liking. Other times I went, either my company didn't mind, nor wanted to speak up, or I simply didn't want to speak up because it's awkward. But imagining sitting there for your whole massage wondering when they would stop screaming!? Also note- one time i called and ask how much it would be extra to focus on my shoulders, the man on the phone said no extra charge, but when i finished my massage the lady said it was $40 extra. I asked for 1.5 hours, she said NO because she worked too hard on my back. Fucking rude how are they still open. Don't go to their sister location up the street either. I expected the owner to reach out and apologize for his employees behavior. It's been about 2 to 3 weeks. No one's calling me so I'm leaving this review cheap ass massage place.

Robbie was my therapist and just concentrated on those areas with some very deep tissue, which at some point was a little too intense, but still, he found some gnarly knots that needed some work. I should've had him do some more on my arms, because he did a couple techniques that felt good. The one thing that was surprising was the country music that he played, but it was interesting to have work done listening to country music. So if you need work done on specific areas, this is a great place to come to. If you are looking for one of those "serene aromatherapy" massages...this is not the place. But if you need serious work done, definitely check them out.

He asked some questions about what areas I was struggling with and concentrated on those areas. Ronnie asked if I wanted to try cupping? I never tried it but, glad I did. I've had deep tissue massages before and I have to tell you it hurts so good During treatment Ronnie was always careful to ask if he was massaging too hard because he could hear me groan. He found the areas I was struggling with and helped me feel better I will definitely return! I've already shared about Hi-Med to my fellow co-workers. My technician was Mina. She performed my service package. At other spas I've been to, different people performed different tasks in the spa package. She also provided instructions after each item session (my package included facility use, scrub, massage, and facials). I got to the facility ~30 mins before my appointment. An employee walked me through the facility and provided instructions. I used the hot tub and plunge pool before the scrub. After my session was done with Mina, I had lunch with friends. After that, I used the dry and charcoal rooms. The business was clean and organized. They had lockers for us to store our things in. The posted signs on the wall were a little confusing, but you can always ask the staff if you are unclear. They were friendly.
