When you make an appointment with them, they will text you reserved stalls that you can park in as sometimes the visitor stalls are taken up which is nice that you don't have to worry about it. As we were paying for the massage services, the staff (also my masseuse) provided the $120 price and said directly that this amount doesn't include tip.
