The venue is clean, quiet and well-kept. The staff member was very polite and attentive. The massage itself was almost methodical and the pressure could have been a bit stronger for my liking. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!! Honestly tried different massage places and this one is always consistent. Now that they have online booking I don't have to bother with calling and it's way more convenient. I called to book since calling is easier sometimes and they didn't answer but in the recording it says they have online booking so I checked and Kim called me right back. Good thing I answered cause I booked the wrong day LOL but she fixed it. Theres 2 hour free parking right in front and even in the shaded area around the back. Theres also great food places around so once you pau and hungry you can get food. My masseuse was so awesome!!!! She took out all the knots in my neck my goodness it was so painful but worth it! For a couples massage I paid $140 but separate would've been $75 so not too bad I feel like that's the average rate now. We tipped $20 each even my bf when we came they took out all of his issues in his back. I also came previously with my mom and she loves coming here too. Even though the ceiling isn't completely blocked off so you can hear people around you still get the care and service you pay for! They offer tea and water after the massage. This business just opened recently, and I've been here twice already! The owner has two other locations, one in Kailua and one in Kaneohe. This one is in town at the plaza on Nimitz, facing the outdoor parking lot. There is also an underground garage. Parking is free and relatively ample. The massage space is clean and professional. Customer service is excellent. My appointments were made the day of. I requested deep tissue. Kim is excellent. So in Natty. Each room has bars on the ceiling, if you like having your body walked on (for those who aren't familiar it's a certain style of massage where the practitioner steps on your legs, back etc., And they hold the bars above them for balance if needed, while you lie on the massage table). I already referred a friend and she made an advance appointment. She received a text message confirmation and reminder, since it was scheduled for another day. I find that very helpful too! She loved her massage also. We both play sports, and I particularly love hard deep pressure massages, as well as stretching treatments. But they adjust to your needs and preferences. First impression of how clean this place is. I always love a nice cleanliness place. The lady that was working at the reception was very welcoming and accommodated us in a timely manner.
