We cannot believe the significant difference in his growth and development in the course of a month! Cecil, Lisa and Leza are all amazing and treat each child as their own. We receive daily reports, pictures and updates documenting his process as well as being able to see his new skills at home on a daily basis! She learned so much in her time there and was more than ready for kindergarten both socially and academically. BUT I can honestly say the teachers need to do BETTER! First of all there is too many kids in one class 15-20 in a class your child will not get the care and attention they need, at least in my opinion. If your child has a runny nose or face dirty they never took the time to wipe their face, will be picked up with crusty dried up boogies. They have an app for update but most of the time you will not be sent pictures or updates besides the diaper change/or lunch(snack). I don't think they clean as well as they should, I can tell not only how my kids looked at pick up but how their classrooms smelled, sticky floors you can definitely tell if a poopy diaper was changed. My kids caught hand foot and mouth, strep multiple times being there, it was the worst. The toddler bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned, they let both boy and girl go to the restroom at the same time, in my opinion should not be allowed. It seemed like they were always short staffed, you never got the same teacher when dropping off or picking up the kids. If you have a picky eater the lunches there are not the best. My kids would come home hungry every day, if we got pictures of the food it did not look appetizing at all. You provided blankets pillows for nap but half the time they are using other kids things and not what you provided.

It is run systemically and professionally, but there is still so much warmth every time my family walks through the doors. I've considered other schools but after taking a summer off to try a different summer camp, we came running back to Primrose! I would just like to let everybody know that I was pulled out of this school after attending for only one year after the death of father. I had watched my dad drink himself to death and died due to addiction. ( my mother thought that private school may be a better pivot then public school after a horrific loss) however, with it being such a small school and due to my cultural differences, I was singled out called a " fatass mexican" by one of the students names, I will never forget Colby Boyer.. anyways my mother at the time had brought this to the principal's attention who proceeded to do nothing because his mother had her three other children enrolled in the school and heavily involved with the church. This actually impacted me severely mentally years later to the point where almost 15 years later I'm writing this review for parents now that I'm a parent myself please be aware before you send your child here.... I will never disgrace God and I attend another church happily. however I have never felt as if God had let me down, as let down by him as I felt when I attended this school freshly after losing a parent.
