To be a sacred heart preschool family is to know love and to know community. I have a child with a rare speech disorder, it was Terrifying trying to decide where to place him for preschool when he can't communicate to me effectively. He has THRIVED at SHPS. The staff has gone above and beyond to learn how he communicates and even acknowledges him when we see them out and about in the community or at church. He practically unbuckles himself to get out of the car to go to school. My daughter will be starting in the fall. The staff is so kind and caring, this isn't the kind of place that's going to let your child "cry it out" all day. The facility is well maintained, safe and the cost to attend is very reasonable. My child is so happy here and has made leaps and bounds in terms of development. As far as these negative reviews they are clearly vindictive and based on the similar writing styles between the two negative ones they are from the same bitter person. I don't take time to write reviews often but I felt the need to share how wonderful this place has been for our family.

One issue I had in the past with other daycares is that half the time, I work from home, and some providers took advantage of that by asking me to pick up my child early or closing on random days that weren't holidays. I also had the opportunity to serve on international mission trips over the summer in the Dominican Republic and during spring break in Greece. This is why we work with the office of education to provide high-quality care for all children. TTT works with the Office of Education programs (Family childcare home and Early Head Start) to make our family childcare home a high-quality program in an education and environment setting. When working with the Office of Education our program teachers set up many learning activities during the day for each child’s individual needs on the lesson plan. The teachers also do assessments, such as the Desired Result Developmental Profile (DRDP), on each child to know where the child places developmentally. The DRDP also ensures we are teaching the skills needed for the children in care.
