If you call, phone automatically refers you back to online ordering then no one answers the call, even though they are open, BUT you do get a text referring you back to online ordering! Shelves are half-empty, as if they can't be bothered with inventory for walk-ins. Might as well call themselves "Bland Arrangements for Funerals and Anniversaries " and get rid of the storefront.

Stopped by their new location on Sunnyside and discussed the flowers and look of bouquet that I was interested in. My family likes nice flowers and I did not want stereotypical V-Day flowers (roses) . A Secret Garden delivered and my mom was extremely happy with what she received and she couldn't stop taking pictures of them.(attached) My mom said they were the best flowers she's ever received. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(
