I called them and explained what I wanted. It's always a lot of trust that a business can live up to your expectation when you're not there in person to see the results. I guess beggars can't be choosers. But I was hoping to get a nicer arrangement. I am out of town and order a fall arrangement for my mothers birthday. The description said it would be like the picture and it's not even close. They put pink carnations in a fall arrangement they also used quite a bit of baby's breath and that was not pictured in what I ordered. None of the Lilly's are blooming, and it is put together pretty sloppy. I was hoping for a nicer arrangement. read more

I ordered my wife flowers for our anniversary online. After the order was placed, 15 minutes later my wife called me and ask who I ordered flowers for (jokingly). She told me Carlos had accidentally called her to tell her they didn't have flowers to make what I ordered. Once he realize he called the recipient number, he hung up on my wife. No one called me, so I called in later on and a lady answered. Pretended like she didn't know what was going on and didn't try to resolve this issue Carlos made, or the fact that they were out of flowers. She told me I hadn't been charged yet and to just cancel the order and find another place. I asked her for the owners information, and she wouldn't give me a name or contact number/Email. I guess Carlos's mistake, became my issue instead of the business trying to help me get flowers delivered. I ended up ordering from The Flower Box in Dinuba and they were awesome. They text me pictures of the bouquet being made, and text me when it was delivered. A much better experience. read more

Recently ordered flowers from here. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful even though I had to place a rush order within the same week. They offer fall or spring colored bouquets. I opted for the fall mixed bouquet and the arrangement was lovely! It included what looked like carnations, roses, daisies, baby's breath, and some red maple leaf accents. I walked Into the flower shop and ordered some flowers I saw on there website, I asked the lady if that exactly how they would look like and she said yes but one of the smaller flowers were going be a different color,I said that's okay because I really didn't mind but that once I got them they looked liked nothing like what I got ordered. We came in 2months before our wedding to pick a bouquet for my wife in 2014. She found the one she wanted and we paid for it in full that day. I went to pick it up on our wedding day and they said that they lost our order slip and did not have anything ready. I had no choice but to have them put together a cheap bouqet that did not match our wedding colors. They offered no refund. And made me late to my own wedding (groom). They made my wife cry before our wedding. Afterwards i went back and all they gave me was a dozen roses. Very unprofessional. read more

An employee by the name of Cindy called to explain when the days flowers should arrive. When it was all said and done my girlfriend received a beautiful bouquet earlier than promised, communication between the shop n myself made a huge difference and I will continue to do business with them. I ordered Valentine Day flowers for my mother on 1/31/2020 after asking if it was ok to pre-order. They said it was ok, the money was pulled immediately. Note, I UNDERSTAND mistakes happen especially on a busy day. But anyway, Valentines Day comes, flowers were not delivered by 12 pm ok no big deal, come home @ 6 pm. Flowers still not there. So I call. They said "it's on transit. Should be there in a few hours." I called back to cancel the order bc it's pointless at this point, they said "let me check the status" but they had no idea what was going on w/the flowers. Whatever, gave them my debit card info & decide to give them time to process the money return. Check over 5 days later, nothing. Call them (today) & they said they can't find a receipt for it. It's on my bank statement so they asked for the date & my debit card info I had already provided & said they'll call me back. They said they didn't have my number so they couldn't reach me which is odd bc then that means there's no record of my purchase at all on their side. I truly, in my heart, thought they'd make it better on their side but they NEVER did. I even waited that day to see if they'd follow through and just deliver if it was already on transit but they didn't, bc it was never on transit. And tbh I never once sensed a sincere apology but it's ok. I know there's more customers, but there's also more florists. & my fiancé who bought at least once a month flowers for me will also no longer be a customer. read more

Do Not Use this Floral Shop!!! I ordered an arrangement 1 week before Mother's Day. The arrangement was through FTD and was called Devotion. It was a clear etched vase with pink roses and pink carnations. It was to be delivered on Friday. After they failed to deliver, I called FTD. On Saturday they delivered a wilted assortment of flowers that looked like they had been discarded as old and damaged but ressurected for my arrangement. There was no similarity to what I had ordered, I contacted them via email because they would not answer the phone. I received no response. My mother contacted them and expressed her dissapointment and they agreed to send a replacement on Monday. They did not. When I contacted FTD they could not reach the florist after several attempts. Finally FTD said the florist offered another arrangement but it would be a clear vase with flowers unlike what I had ordered. I am slamming FTD and Reedley Flower Shop because they represent the availabilty of arrangements, and expect people to be satisfied with substandard substitutions. This was a gift for my Mother's Birthday and Mother's Day. It was embarrassing to me that they would deliver such an atrocity and subject me to the numerous hours of contacting them over and over to get something suitable with no acceptable solution. read more
