I've been searching for a stroller and saw they had 1 on the floor. I asked the 2 sales girls by the register "is the stroller on the floor new?" I can understand if that came out rude. I should've asked if it was the last one - because I noticed some discoloration - and didn't want to grab the floor/ display sample. One of the girls (with blonde hair) had a stern look and said they had more in the back. Her expression left a sour taste but I still wanted to purchase it. I wanted to make sure it was okay with my husband so we came back later to look at it. He tested it out (pushed around and closed it). I asked the same (stern) lady if this was how the stroller work and she said yes after testing it out herself. She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside. I said I was going to put it back and she said "it's fine" and stormed off. Strike 2. The stroller is what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to Target and Walmart. I'm all for supporting small businesses and you can't please every customer but I felt like I wasn't being rude or harsh when asking for a stroller.

When we first walked in, my girls were finishing a protein bar "cause they have roaches" and we were asked to step outside while they finished eating, which I completely understood. When we came back in, an employee asked what we were looking for and I mentioned ballerina dolls and tutus. She followed us over to the doll section. My girls immediately recognized the dolls and one of them picked one up and she took it out of her hand. The employee quickly told her "no, no, no" and said she didn't want them to get dirty. It was honestly so upsetting. We came in specifically to purchase those items, and being told my children couldn't even pick one up felt very unwelcoming. We've visited this store before, but after that experience we we'll not be returning.

I bought underwear, PJs, swimsuits and a few mix and match shorts/tees. It all worked out in the end. The selection at TT was excellent. Good quality stuff. A decent sale rack. Photos are free and the line goes quick. The kids definitely loved it. Next to Santa, there's a kids crafting area where kids can make ornaments and other holiday-themed goodies. Food is hosted by Wyatt's, and they had some special holiday items like hot chocolate and apple cider - really good! Everyone here is so friendly. It's not the biggest venue, and we were able to finish walking the floor in about 1.5 hours, including lunch.
