When I say last minute, I mean we needed their help that same day. They were busy, but carved out some time in the late afternoon, early evening, that same day, to help us out since our daughter was leaving soon. We are older and our daughter was willing to give us some time and effort going through and getting rid of things before she flew back home. The guys showed up as promised, took a look at what needed to be hauled away, gave us a fair, reasonable, and honest estimate, and immediately began hauling the items out of our storage.
