Relatively easy process although when I called about a month later they had not yet acknowledged the reservation which I had emailed per their instructions. Be forewarned they require a $150 deposit which they do not credit to your final bill unless 90% of your party is there within 15 mins of the reservation, and 90% of the the people show up. All explained in the contract, but I was still surprised when they did not credit the deposit to my $700 bill. How do you make 80-90 year old women show up within 15 mins of the appointed time? Also 4 people did not show up so I missed the 90% mark. Anyway the food was very good. No complaints at all. The servers handled our large party of 22 people skillfully and professionally. I'm still salty about them keeping the deposit. So I probably will not return as I think that could have been handled better from a customer service perspective.
