I honestly don't know how this place is still allowed to operate. The safety concerns are serious and should not be ignored. There is absolutely no system in place to verify who is dropping off or picking up your child. Anyone could walk in, and that alone should be enough to shut the place down. As for the "summer camp" experience--it's a complete joke. The kids are stuck watching TV most of the day, and the staff (if you can even call them that) are a group of young people glued to their phones. When they're not texting their boyfriends, the boyfriends are actually there visiting them. It's completely inappropriate and downright unsafe. There's zero communication from the staff or leadership, and absolutely no structure to the day. This is not a safe or enriching environment for children. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere--your child deserves better, and so does your peace of mind. read more

Ok so I just want to say that I almost didn't want to leave this review bc of how sweet the "fairies" and supervisor were. And I don't think this review really reflects them, bc idk how they were trained or what expectations are set from the owner for them. That said; Had my daughter's 5th bday party here today. When you walk in, I can't even begin to explain how darling it is. It's a little girls dream in every way. The supervisor walked in as we were bringing our things in to set up. Beyond sweet. And if you don't have family or friends to help you get things set up, this girl is there for you! Leslie is her name. I was attempting to put balloons on the wall behind the table where the girls would be sitting later to eat. About a 1 1/2 ft of space from wall to the little cute chairs and tables. Let me preface this with, I do absolutely hate bugs, so I do tend to notice them more than others. But.... What I thought may be just a few ants walking along the baseboard of the wall I was setting up on, was actually a true ant problem. They were everywhere. All over the floor, and trails on baseboard that my boyfriend followed and he started pulling things off the wall. Starting with their stereo, and there were MANY behind it. The trail continued and went allll the way to the back wall, and this is the wall that has everything pushed up against it. A couch, tables, etc... we ended up having to pull everything off the wall, my boyfriend had to go to ace hardware to buy windex for me so that I could spray the trail on the baseboard. And where they were congregating. I asked if they had a mop and honestly, it would have appreciated it if they would have just given me the mop to get the areas... they really were everywhere. We had balloons all over the ground bc I was picking them up to put on wall, and they were all over the balloons & when I started moving the chairs out from under the tables where the girls will be seated later, they were under there. Which I was uncomfortable with bc I wouldn't want ants crawling up these kids shoes and legs. As a previous manager of retail stores, I used to come in w my team 3 hours before opening, vacuum, mop, and clean off surfaces w spray. I really suggest that the owner have the girls come in earlier to do this. This place is not cheap. And so you expect higher standards w the price tag. Another suggestion to the owner is...for it to be more structured. So if you have 6 girls for a party and 3 employees, 1 person @ nails w 2 girls, 1 person @ hair/makeup w 2 girls, & 1 person at bracelets w 2 girls. Def needs like, a plan of operation w time stamps so there aren't random kids just sitting around, & we didn't know whose turn it was to get what. I'd probably add an hour onto the time you book the party to add lunch in there, to the party can sit & eat. It was just kind of random. & I'd eliminate the limbo.. it was very random & disorganized, & my girls have never done it & so if you're going to do it, then the employees should demonstrate how you do it & should actually try to do it all the way through. It was just thrown in, & the kids didn't know what to do, & I think they all just ducked under the stick once & then that was done. I was also told by whomever I spoke to when I booked it that the girls would be put in dresses for the runway show, but actually they don't do that, & I had been telling my girls they get to wear princess dresses & walk a runway leading up to the party. That was disappointing. I was not told that facials are only for 2 girls in the party. I wrote down when I was talking to someone when booking, facials/manis/hair and makeup/ dress up and fashion show. And making bracelets, which was also very random bc no one was sitting there doing/helping the kids to make them. So kids would sit out a couple beads on, then someone would ask if they a want their nails done. As said, overall, very cute experience, but.. for the price, I'd expect a cleaner environment, & a structured schedule. Everything should have a specific place. Food goes there, drinks go here, presents go there. & it should just be rotated, & def need like 20 min put aside for girls to sit down, & adults put food on plates and get drinks & everyone sits and eats. The customer service at this location from the manager Fernanda and Fairies Mycaina and Leona were amazing. This is my daughters' new favorite place. It's an adorable place and the fairies do a great job of making your child feel so special. The place is darling and decorated so cute. however I think this place is about the experience. Our "fairy" was Kylie. Kylie hardly talked the entire time. You could tell she did not like her job and she was not thrilled to be there either. Me and my friend multiple times tried to engage with her and try to get her to live up and she never did. she never told us to have do a walk. She never had do any type of dress up. It was strictly nails toes and and neither one was even dry when we and my daughter's nails were already smudged and ruined by the time that we left. we asked about doing a extra add-on hairpiece and she was not about to put it in hair or anything extra like that even if we paid. we were trying to clean up and get out of there and she even said something to us about checking out so she can move onto the next customer. There was a TV in there that was just shut off and we had two Littles in there with us not getting services and we asked if we could turn something on the TV and she told us that she was almost done with our girls that were getting her toes done, so there's no point of turning on the TV. And then she stood there just waiting for us to tip her. I'm never want to not tip somebody but she was so bad. We walked out without tipping and I do feel bad about that, but she did nothing to deserve a tip for her services. There were no services. hate to be so negative but a place cannot have employees like that at a place where experience is everything. I also forgot to add that the nail polish was very old and a lot of of it was settled and very thick did not go well on at all. And by the pictures you can see how bad of a job that she actually did do she was young 20s and her hands were shaking very bad. I could've definitely just stayed home and painted her nails and made it more special than what this was. just make sure to get a good "fairy" read more

This is the best place for little girl birthday parties, dress up and play dates! My daughter came for a birthday party and had a facial, her nails done, she made a bracelet, got her make up done and did a fashion show with the other little girls. AMAZING! This place is literally made for a princess. Took my niece for her birthday and she won't stop talking about it. It was really all about the magical princess experience. The Fairy that took care of our princess was just so sweet. Everything was so perfect, from the mani, pedi, massage, hair, make-up to the little fashion show at the end. I am hard to please and this place blew me away. Where was this place when I was a child? I had my daughters 6th birthday party here this past weekend and I was so so so pleased with how it went! There were 9 little girls and the event was well staffed, very well organized, and I was able to catch up with some friends while they entertained all the girls - hair, nails, makeup, a little fashion show, jewelry making... it was perfect and the perfect amount of time. I took my daughters for a meet and greet spa day with Ana and Elsa from Frozen. The event started promptly at the posted time with Ana and Elsa arriving right at the beginning. They went right into manis, makeup and hairdos. The whole time, Ana and Elsa lingered around with the guests. The staff was awesome. Very attentive and nice. They kept the girls entertained. No matter how many times I called or emailed and regardless of which location I tried to book an appointment for my daughter over 3 months, I would never receive a return call or reply to my emails. Super cute, well decorated, & the staff was great at keeping the girls entertained and excited for the entire time. I think it's perfect for girls from 2 to 10. My daughter had such a great time at a friend's birthday party recently that she's trying to convince us to have her party here in December. Only thing holding me back is the price. I am a former employee, if you could even consider me an employee because I never received a application. She makes underage girls come in 30 minutes before appointments/parties w/out pay. She was absolutely thrilled with everything - her nails, toes, facial, hair and makeup. She has already asked if she can go again during her Christmas visit.
