Lovely experience. Trang was absolutely wonderful and gave a complete manicure that was painless. The pedicure was also well done. I have been at the beach and rough on my feet for the week prior to and during my vacation. This was a much needed mani-pedi. When I arrived they were busy and did not have an opening, but she said I could come back- I asked if I could wait and they were able to get me on after 20 mins or so. The place is very clean and not cluttered with a lot of "extra" which I liked. The music was good and the TV was on something tolerable -not cartoons, reality TV or music videos. I was only passing through and stopped there on a recommendation- very glad I did. Just came from here and wanted to post before I forgot! Loved my visit here! Clean salon and staff was so nice. The guy who did my nails was amazing. My nails look so nice. Plus he was super gentle. I always seem to get cut by nail techs but he trimmed my cuticles perfectly! It's a small salon but I loved it. Everyone was friendly but they weren't yelling across the room at each other which I have found to be the case in some places. Also, they have a small hair salon and waxing available. I didn't use them but it's nice to have one stop if you're getting ready for something. Last, they are running a groupon right now for $23 for a mani pedi! You can't go wrong! I've been getting my nails done here off and on (due to travel) for about a year. They are always very nice and accommodating. I've never once been dissatisfied with my nails. I do dip powder and usually gel toes (high heels mess up polish and it bothers me!). They are always efficient, not rushed, and I don't ever have to wait long, if at all; it doesn't feel like a rushed chop shop. I only took off 1 star because the lady always tries to push for more than I'm in for, like a mani and pedi if I only want 1 service. If I want more, I'll ask for it. With all of that said, this is my go-to nail salon. I'm always very happy with my nails, and I actually find that I'm disappointed by my nails at other places after being a customer here. read more

I made an appointment.. was taken super late.. the pedi started out with a great massage seriously great and everything seemed clean. Nothing else was exceptional -I had to point out that I got a spa pedi because I wanted callus remover and the tech didn't follow the description of the service I selected including leaving out the callus remover .. the only thing I said I really needed.. then they cut my toe nails so short they broke and bled.. any shoes hurt for weeks and tried to paint my toes to hide how short they looked.. the actual skin on my toes was painted.. I literally had to get uv gel on my big toe for months after at another salon to make my feet look pretty while recovering from this incident. They did my powder gel mani while finishing my pedi and insisted on waxing while I was in the pedi chair.. fast forward to wax all over my face.. on my eyelid/lashes .. on my actual lips.. and they had the nerve to charge me full price and just tell me to use a different nail tech next time. Next time - ha. The owner was more concerned with taking a picture of my nails over a wrinkled designer logo shopping bag to post online than making sure I was taken care of properly. It wasn't even busy.. there was no reason for this type of service. I didn't argue over payment I was so self defeated after the most stressful "spa" experience ever. But beware of trying this place if you are new to the neighborhood. read more

I went in to take my dip manicure off and just do a manicure. First time trying the place. Owner was super pushy. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Her husband was awesome the dip manicure was great. I felt horrible for the customer who brought her and her kids in. The lady actually said why don't you listen to me and she was a regular. She actually asked for someone's help to explain it to the owner. The owner turned around and said fine, fine, fine. It made for a very weird situation. At the end the wife grabs my hands takes pictures of my nails and tells me and shows me I need to post a great review for yelp and Facebook. The husband did a great job on my nails which I was talked into doing dip again. But, due to the pushy behavior and feelings uncomfortable I wouldn't return. read more

I called due to the reviews and made an appointment. What a HUGE mistake. Who is writing these reviews? I just wanted an acrylic fill and it didn't seem right the way she was doing it but I'm from NY so I was thinking well maybe they do it differently out here. It took her almost an hour and a half. Maybe she was just filling in and is really only the receptionist or the cleaning woman that was trying to prove to her boss she could do nails. Expensive and awful! Who is writing all these reviews???? The service was horrendous and the people were pushy. This was truly the worst nail experience I've ever had. I believe I may have been the first customer that the guy who gave me pedicure had. I asked for a reflexology pedicure, which turned into 30 minutes of torture. I repeatedly asked the nail tech (should have asked to see his certification, as I'm not sure he's qualified to conduct nail services) to slow down and explained that a reflexology pedicure is suppose to hit pressure points on the foot. My suspicions were further solidified when the guy had his sister recut and polish my nails. I left the salon with hang nails and feet in worse condition than when I entered. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! read more

Had the most terrible natural manicure and pedicure at this place. I should have known better, because when I walked in the place was empty. I'd be interested to know how they manage to stay open with such terrible nail services...oh wait, they probably trick or pressure customers into getting waxing services. Julie did a terrible job cutting my nails including portions of my nail bed; does not know how to properly file your nails down. I walked in with beautiful long natural nails and walked out with very short and painful manicure and pedicure that looked like it was performed by a five year old. Julie was rude when I pointed out how she cut my nails too short along with the exposure of my nail bed and the pain on some of the nails because she cut them too short. Julie ignored my feedback and tried to sell me hair removal/waxing services. Julie is pushy and rude in her constant attempts to sell other services..."why you no do your eye brow?"..."you want gel manicure?" Julie offered the aforementioned services at least three (3) times and each time, I replied with a firm No, I'm only here for a natural manicure and pedicure. Although they have a large collection of nail polishes, most of them are old and some appear to be full of polish thinner; therefore, it requires more than two coats of the polish and these really old polishes do not properly coat nails and even worst, these old polishes do not dry or take an extremely long time to dry. I hope this review helps others to save their nails, time and money. Perhaps this place is better at performing artificial nail services or most of the reviews praising this place are probably fake. read more

What a find!! I chose this salon because I wanted my nails done before a trip. I squeezed it in on my lunch hour. I was pleasantly surprised how long my dip manicure lasted. When my nails were due to be done again I selected a place close to my home. That dip manicure didn't even last a week!! So I went back to Perfect Nails. Again, the dip manicure was great, lasted a full 3 weeks! Once again, I thought I'd try a salon close to home. Much to my disappointment it only lasted 3 days! So I've decided that the only place to get my dip manicures done is Perfect Nails! He puts 4 coats on, shapes them, actually cares about the manicure!! Going anywhere else is just too expensive because it doesn't last. I highly recommend this place. It's worth the drive!! read more

This place is very welcoming and has a lot of color options. I am IN LOVE with the color I chose. They offer water while you are getting serviced. I chose the pearl pedicure 6 step ($50) vs the classic pedicure ($25) and it was amazing.. the massage was very relaxing. The pearl pedicure is suppose to stimulate bone development which is good in my case because I broke my toe a month ago... very nice people! I will definitely be returning. read more

I am a 67 year old guy who only gets a basic pedicure once or twice a year. I have Type 2 diabetes and want to keep my nails and feet in good condition so I stared getting a pedicure a few years ago. This place was reasonably priced and offered a very high level of service. The chairs were top notch. The basic pedicure included a foot and calf massage and a mild dermabrasion of the soles along with a careful cutting of the nails. I gave it 4 stars but it could be five.
