I was invited here for a 5th birthday party and was lowkey kind of jealous! My daughter was being pampered better than I ever have in my 30+ years of living! They sweep the girls off their feet with pink lemonade in champagne glasses and white robes- the birthday girls gets a pink robe. Then, the girls rotate between stations. The party host has the option of 3 to all stations depending on which party package is paid for. Our party rotated between hair, makeup, bead necklace station, and nails. After all the girls were dolled up, they went on the back and changed into leotards. They had a fashion show in which they shared the girls' favorite colors, what they want to be when they grow up, and other cute facts. After many pictures, we had cake and the girls were read a book by a pretty unicorn! They ended by giving goody bags with NICE makeup and nail polish in them, and personal bags of mixed candy. Very disappointed. They over promised at the event and under delivered. The spa is pretty and decorated nicely. They didn't lead the event and it was pretty discombobulated at times. They had beads and coloring paper on one table for the parents to guide the kids but didn't have enough coloring paper for all of the children. I think the kids enjoyed taking home the necklaces they made. My little girl kept it on for days. They also was able to get a colorful braided ponytail attached to their hair but the parents had to organize the kids to get in lines and wait their turns. The same with the makeup. They gave the kids eye shadow to choose from and lipstick. They also let them choose rhinestone stickers to add to their face for the makeup. Afterwards the kids just played around the shop. Towards the end of the event they turned on music for them to dance and to play limbo. The fairies costumes really need some improvements because it decrease the quality of the princess vibes. I attended the Mermaid event for $75/child. It promised to have the mermaid there but she never showed up. The little girls were asking about her and we had to tell the kids she couldn't make it and that they could come back to another event to meet her. The staff took our numbers down and said they would invite the kids back to another event to meet her but never contacted me. I called a few times but couldn't get anyone on the phone. I gave 2 stars because the kids all were able to be around kids their age and had fun in the company of one another. read more

I hosted my daughters birthday party here and they didn't provide several of the items they list on their website. I have been reaching out for a weeks only to be ignored. Don't waste your money! The facility is also filthy Update: the supervisor finally reached out to me after days of messaging them. She was rude, aggressive, accused me of lying and harassing them (by trying to get a call back), and refused to listen to anything we had to say. I could not be more shocked and disappointed in this complete lack of customer service. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of the way it's supervisor treats customers. read more

If i could give this place Zero stars i would!!! The most unprofessional, incompetent , disgraceful company i have ever had to deal with. I had a party planned for March 22 for my daughter. I spoke with, met in person and dealt with a woman named Mariah at Boca. Due to Coronavirus i was concerned it would close but Mariah called me on Wednesday to assure me they would be open. Thursday she called me again to explain the new safety procedures and to confirm the number of my party. Friday she called me again to tell me Erika Freitas ( who happens to be the owner) would host my party. On Saturday (day before party) i get a voicemail from Fernanda ( a rude lying bitch who apparently works there but i never heard of) and left me a VM to call in regards to my party. No where in the message did they mention any closures. So i called Mariah since she was the one accommodating me and she said it was just to confirm i would be there at 9:30am! Well guess what, the following morning i show up at 9:30am with my party, catered food and a baker who delivered my cake only to find the place was closed! I was stranded outside for 45 min before Fernanda called me back to say they closed and tried to contact me which was complete BS! Mariah was nowhere to be found and her response was Sorry but there's nothing i can do. You can imagine how furious and upsetting this was and i demanded a full refund. Ms. Fernanda assured me she would call Monday morning to issue me the refund. Monday came never heard back, i sent an email to the business with screenshots of all the proof showing my party was confirmed and there was no message or indication of a closure. I have not gotten a response till i sent a second email on Tuesday and a vM threatening them ! And the bitch Fernanda calls me back refusing to refund me and only issue credit! Wtf i was left stranded outside for 45 min, lied to and treated with complete disregard. Mind you my daughters day was ruined and I'm 7 months pregnant having to deal with the stress they caused. They refuse to take accountability and The customer service during this ordeal has been disgraceful!!! I asked to speak to the owners and Fernanda refused to provide their names. I had to google search and Erika Freitas who is under as owner of the corporation hasn't even bothered to reach out. Shame on this business for taking advantage of their customers during these difficult times! This all Could've been avoided with proper communication and accountability on their end! I will never come here or recommend this place to anyone. My advice to Erika, fire Fernanda and Mariah and take some proper etiquette on customer service! read more

The concept of the children's spa is adorable, but they fall short in their execution. The spa was dirty. They put the kids in robes when they arrive. All of the robes were filthy. They smelt musty, like they haven't been washed. Stains all over them. They had 2 makeup pallets. Each child got one Qtip for their makeup application. That means the same Qtip was going back and forth from the pallet to the children's eyes. Not sanitary in the least. What really got me was the hair styling area. There was no visible barbicide on the counter. The brushes were not cleaned when they went from child to child. The kids did have fun, but they leave a lot to be desired when in comes to cleanliness. It's just awful how unsanitary the place is especially since they cater to children. read more

Had my daughters 9th birthday here. I arrived early to set up witch was nice and the 3 girls working there where VERY helpful. The party and the girls where great, my daughter had a blast as did her guest. The down side was they need to work on there ventilation. With all the hair spray and nail polish I got so dizzy I almost fell over 3 times. I finally went out side and propped the door open. Then after the party they give you the thing to pay and it gives you a read out for a TIP!? like the girls working where great but how is this not included in the already high amount of $389?? So I kinda felt obligated to tip them so after spending $434 I dont think we will be back.i love my kids and It was a great ONE TIME experience just to say we been but It kinda feels like they play on that parents love to do and pay and buy what makes their kid happy. I love how the employees dress as fairies and everything in the salon is pink. The items they used were pretty basic (facial masks you see in Walmart, Johnson and Johnson baby lotion, plastic "champagne" glasses, etc. you could probably recreate what they do at home for around 20 bucks but if you want your little princess to have a spa-like experience, this is the place. read more

This place is perfection! We were invited for a birthday party and didn't know what to expect. I have a two year old but the birthday girl and her friends are 6 years old. I say that to say that it was great for my daughter and the guests. When you first walk in you are hit with pink, girly girl salon. You are supposed to walk to the back to go get your robe. The birthday girl gets a pink robe and her guests get a white robe. You can go get a mud mask but none of the little girls wanted to do that. If you did want to do that, you would lay on a small little princess bed, with cucumbers on your eyes and mud painted on. My daughter and the other girls wanted no part in that. They all rushed over to get their nails done. I liked how everything was so separate so that there was no fighting over whose turn and everyone got to try everything. My daughter went to get her nails done. They had some great colors and they put my daughter's fingers in a water bowl just like at a real salon. Then she went over to the pedicure station where she put her feet in water and got a real live pedicure. Then she went to get her hair done. I was impressed because all the girls were asking for these complicated hairstyles and they all came out perfect. My daughter got the elsa braid. It lasted all day even through a nap. That's impressive! She also got a full face of makeup done. Then the pizza came and there was a lot of seating for parents and kids. After pizza the fun started, they played limbo, freeze dancing, and the chair game. The finale was the fashion show. Another plus about this place is the beautiful backdrop that you see at famous photographer's studios. You can use that for your family picture or for pictures of your kids. We had cake and the place gives you all these candies if you don't finish them they give out a bunch to take home. My daughter still talks about that birthday party. You can go there for just a fun visit but if you have a birthday party they close off the place for you. The staff is a bunch of young girls called fairies. They are dressed as fairies and they are great with the little girls. We had the best time. We look forward to coming back again. read more

Unprofessional. Unorganized. Rude. These are just some of the many words I can think of to describe this place and the people. First of all, trying to book with them is a disaster. They kept messing up the date and time and then they had the nerve to raise the price after my sister booked it. When we finally got to the party, it was so unorganized that I had to literally tell them what to do. They told me we'd be able to relax and enjoy the party, but nope. I should have just had a sleep over for the girls at my house and painted their nails myself. It would have at least been cleaner. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. read more
