My son had his fourth birthday party here and it was a blast. Saadia was easy to work with to plan the party and I loved that we were able to have a private party with only my son and his friends. This is actually my favourite play gym in Oakville. It's clean, bright, newly renovated, and you can see your kids at all times. My kids are 5 years apart in age and this is one of the few places that makes BOTH of them happy. There's a huge bouncy castle, ball pit, and a climbing structure that's easy and fun for kids to navigate. It's more affordable than the other gyms in Oakville, way less chaotic, and way more fun! I plan on having my daughters 2nd birthday party here because it's one of the few places that won't have 5 parties running simultaneously. Love this place!! They have new owners since early this year and place is totally renovated - more kids friendly and definitely cleaner and more cheerful compared what it was when I first visited during summer 2014. It is a just a safe play area. Take my 4 year old there regularly. Almost impossible to get him out of there. Look forward to the Summer Camp! Totally recommend for younger kids! read more

The kids had fun which is important. However, the facility needs a good cleaning, especially the mats and washrooms!

I was VERY disappointed! When I arrived 10 mins early as requested for my sons b'day party. No one was there and the doors were closed! Finally, someone showed up 5 mins before my party was to start and we entered a cold, dirty, still completely deflated jumping castle and nothing set up or decorated party place?!! Thankfully, my guests arrived 10 mins late because the girls were vacuuming at my started party time! The castle was inflating and they were scrambling to decorate. The floors stayed pretty dirty from a previous party because my guests started arriving and they couldn't continue to vacuum. Coffee for my guests was not made or put out till 40 mins into the party time. When I spoke to the manager she apologized, her party hostess was supposed to have been there a half hour prior to the party to clean and set up. When I asked for a discount and she was surprised by the request and said we can discuss this at the end of the party. In the end she tentatively gave me a 10 per cent discount. I don't think I would recommend this place - definitely not organized enough, fairly dirty and I shouldn't have to ask to be compensated for the huge mistake on their part! read more
