Thankfully, I made the right choice of choosing A to Z for this. Chris was my instructor, and really helped me get used to driving on the street. Hes super chill, and helped calm a lot of the driving anxiety i have had. I did the initial six hours of practice, and a week later went to the dmv for the test with him as well. We were able to do some last minute error corrections, which definitely helped me lock into the exam and pass. I cant recommend this place enough! He recommended that I take my third and final lesson about a day before my BTW test. I scheduled my driving test for 8/28 Friday and the final lesson at 3:30 pm on 8/27 Thursday with Bryan, since he isn't available on Fridays. No one came to pick me up at 3:30 and so I called and they said I wasn't even on the schedule. Bryan wasn't available for the rest of the day so they gave me the only other available time and it would be at 8 pm with Warren. Warren was cool at first but his jokes were kinda weird and inappropriate. One of them that I could recall was when he asked me something along the lines of" how many dates do you think my wife went on before she went out with me?" And I was a little confused so I just answered zero and then he said " zero?? You think she's a whore?" And I just had to awkwardly laugh. He was also just making racist jokes at the time too and it was really irritating. As for the driving, if I'd make a mistake he would be really rude about it. I get he's supposed to be teaching but he would say really backhanded things like "I know someone's gonna get a lane change violation on their test tomorrow" (even though I didn't :)). Another instance was when I was at a stop sign, stopped, waited a couple seconds, looked to see if the road was clear and went. There was a car to the right a couple hundred feet away and as I was going, Warren repeatedly told me to stop even though I was in the middle of the road. He then said "that guy should've beeped at you, you deserve to get beeped at". He would just be super negative and discourage my ability to drive. All of these things were just super irritating and I just wanted the lesson to be over asap. I passed my test with only 2 errors but I'd like to credit that to Bryan, NOT WARREN.

From the get-go, Ms. Nancy the administrator responds quickly and professionally. They are very…read moreaccommodating and even much cheaper than other driving schools around Fullerton. Even at the last minute, they still tried their best to accommodate my schedule as i was only a few days away from my behind the wheels test. Even the car rental for the actual driving test is a lot cheaper than other schools considering they also have good cars for practice. No hidden fees and they would even suggest you to shorten your driving practice if they are already confident with your driving skills. More than that, when I had problems with my behind the wheels schedule, Opa James very patiently helped me through DMV to make sure i am able to get the next available slot as I was desperate to have my license since it is required for the job I am applying for. I was definitely blessed to have been assigned James (Opa James Gangnam style as we fondly quote him). He is very patient and good driving instructor in that after about 4 sessions, I was able to pass my driving with only 2 comments (!) The examiner even commented I am a good diver thanks to Opa james! Because of his trust and confidence in my driving and his encouragement, i was able to shake off my nervousness. I never thought driving school could be this much fun and enriching. Though I have passed the test, I will still request Opa James to train me into driving in the free-way for safety and because i know this school produces students with good driving etiquette.
