I do have one daughter that is now 28 years old and has multiple special needs that has had outstanding care along with my other two children that have been coming here. When my daughter began her care she was extremely orally defensive from many years of being on a ventilator and having a feeding tube as well as many other aggressive steps to save her life early on. One of the many things she struggled with was getting her teeth cleaned but I am so happy to report that with the dedication and patience of the staff at FPD she remains cavity free at 28 yrs old and now gets her routine cleanings and X-rays without incident. Dr. Kugar's practice feels so much more personal--she actually knows the names of my 2 kids. We've already seen her for 2 cleanings and a cavity fill, which was a first for us. She was so gentle, kind and warm. My kids had no hesitation having her inspect their teeth and I felt 100% confident in her recommendations for dental care. The reception area is really cute, with a little house inside with a play kitchen. In the patient area she has a great set up that offers a tad more privacy compared to the more open-concept areas, which I REALLY appreciate. All in all, we LOVE it. My son had his first procedure today with laughing gas (small cavity and some sealants to protect others). He's dual ADHD, anxiety, major sensory issues, etc and was super scared. Started crying and she immediately calmed him, walked him through every step with lots of encouragement, & when he had episodes of gagging (due to the sensory), she did Amazing! Gave him short breaks and talked him thru it and breathing in and out calmly. It made this whole process so much easier and turned a scary thing into a positive experience for him. I feel they are taking the right precautions to ensure safety of the staff and guests. The office staff has been so kind and welcoming. Dr. Chad and his staff are amazing! My son is 3.5 and has never once been scared. They make him feel like it's a fun experience, talking to him through each cleaning, giving stickers and extra prizes for sitting in the big chair, etc. We have been so happy! While we have only been for regular cleanings, I can't speak for other services but I'd highly recommend them!

I thought we'd be lucky if he allowed them to even take a peek inside his mouth... Dr. Sukhi and her hygienist worked their magic and were able to do a full cleaning! No detail is overlooked at Bumble Kids. They started the appointment by encouraging our son to brush a stuffed doggie's teeth and allowing plenty of time for him to have fun with it. Next, they introduced him to each piece of equipment before they used it. They did a full cleaning (with the professional electric toothbrush) AND flossed his teeth. He loved watching Daniel Tiger on the t.v. positioned on the ceiling that encouraged him to look up while they worked. The appointment was finished with lots of praise and allowing him to choose a fun prize. I'd also like to add that the office is very clean and styled beautifully. Explain to me the policy of which states 2 missed appointments results in being "dismissed" from…read morethe practice. (Missed 1 appt, 2 maybe 3 years ago and then a second "missed" cleaning mind you she had a cavity that was being taken care of that week so there was no reminder text or call for the cleaning so they considered that a missed appointment.) This is the ONLY dentist she had ever been to. So we had been going here since she was 5 6 years old, she just turned 10... So over 5 years span 2 "missed" appointments. With that I was told if she needed to be seen I could call and if they have a cancellation That Day they would allow her to be seen...? Oh and after my inquiry of this and speaking to Mr Bozic, as my daughter and I walked out the staff laughed. We had great experiences with this dentistry outside of this situation. I sat in my car crying after this whole ordeal and yet here I am in need of her being seen and I simply want to know, am I to call daily once y'all open back up?
