You will be bombarded with texts, emails and phone calls demanding full payment and not a shred of humanity in working with you financially. In fact, I've gotten a few calls in the past from a receptionist calling to see if I want to book my next cleaning because it's been a while (as a full-time student, I often didn't book my next one because I had no clue what my schedule was going to look like six months out). They would call to say it's time and that they were holding a spot for me if I wanted it. I thought that was fantastic customer service. There was also a time something went funky with the insurance and I had to call my mom to come over (young adult still on parents' insurance- sue me), and they were very understanding in my being flustered and confused. Everything was cleared up right away and we walked out happy.
