The personalities of the staff are balanced to make you feel at ease- they know when to be funny but also know when to be serious and to the point. Making you want to leave as their friend, not just their patient. It is obvious that the Krause Dental team cares to serve their clients well with new, state of the art technology and most current research. When I ask questions, even detailed ones, Dr Krause always knows the answers and can back them up with research. He is a perfectionist, which is great to have in a dentist. He doesn't settle for less than the best. Because of this, he does suggest everything to make your teeth and oral care the best it can be. But, is also willing to work with you on what you can afford and/or fits your needs and desires. My husband and I have been going to Krause for a few years now. We are moving up to Kokomo soon, but plan to keep coming to Krause Dental! We love the staff. They always do an excellent job of explaining things and making sure our teeth are in great condition. I have had some issues with my gums and remembering to floss daily. Krause's team never made me feel like I was being lectured - they helped me come up with ways to add flossing into my routine. The staff at Krause always puts together a treatment plan after exams. You can choose to go with their suggestions, or go an alternative route. They are never judgemental about what decision we make. Sometimes we go with their suggested products, other times we use something else. I have had several fillings done as well and they always make sure you are as comfortable as possible. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. It is obvious that everyone enjoys what they do and wants to provide the best possible care. The assistants, Kristin and Morgan are very personable, and Lauren is seriously the most thorough dental hygienist I have ever met! My teeth feel so clean after she has worked her magic! Dr. Krause takes the time to explain everything going on in your mouth and works with you to find the right treatment options. I recently chipped my front tooth pretty badly while on vacation. I called as soon as I got home and they worked me in the next day (they actually could have done same day but I wasn't able to make it). I was very nervous about getting it fixed, but it looks PERFECT! In less than an hour, I had my smile back! Even though I live in Avon, it is worth the drive to Westfield because of the quality of care the Krause dental provides. I highly recommend this dental team! read more

They are the best. Everyone there is so friendly and energetic and patient. They check on you through out to make sure you are okay. They are great at working with your schedule and fantastic at explaining what's going on, the different treatments, what to expect, and how to care for your teeth. I can't say enough nice things about this place. I stayed away from dentists for years because of bad experiences with previous dentists while growing up. I picked Krause Dental out of a Google search because they were close by and what a lucky find! I had to get a crown and several fillings and had pretty bad gingivitis because of the years away from dentists, and they really, really made all the procedures a lot more tolerable and a lot less scary. This is a great place if you need dental work. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly. The hygienist, Lauren, does outstanding work and makes you feel at ease the whole time. Took my two young boys in for a cleaning/6 month check up. My boys are 6 and 2 years old. The ladies took awesome care of my boys. My 2 year old was super nervous and didn't want to let anyone in his mouth and the gal was super sweet to him and he just couldn't resist.
