I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). I have taken my children here, but would recommend a pediatric dentist where there is a children's friendly waiting room and dental staff who routinely work with young children. She called ahead letting the staff know she has a gag reflex with stuff put in her mouth. She reiterated this with Tom. She has zero issues with our dentist. When it came time for the treatment Tom put a 'catch' in her mouth so nothing would go down her throat which caused her to gag. Tom's response? Oh stop that! WTF? It's a reflex. It's not controllable! It went downhill from there. Tom was very condescending towards her. Totally dismissive of her feelings. Showed no patient care. Spoke down to her like she was a child. He gloated over is 25 years of experience, and how no one has ever gaged under his procedure. Oddly, all of the staff apologized for his behavior when he wasn't around. Zero respect for Tom and his ability to administer patient care with compassion. His ego gets in the way. Avoid if you have *any* issues with dentistry.
