My (then 2 year old) grandson has been staying with me since January 2019, and I was in need of a daycare. Little sprouts in North Andover was highly recommended. Which is not very close to me but could be made on my trip to work, so thought we'd check it out. We met with Abby the director first. Her warm demeanor immediately put us at ease, explained how Little Sprouts day care/preschool works, which curriculum is followed, example of the day, and what expectations are from us as well as them. We went into a variety of classrooms as well as my grandsons future room, which was excellent to see how the teachers and children all are. We've been going ever since. Between the all of the staffs great communication, caring and understanding of our individual needs, we couldn't be happier. They keep us up to date on happenings in the classroom and my grandsons progression. The growth I've seen in him has been amazing. He comes home and we talk about the activities he's done as well as his new friends. So...I basically highly recommend Little Sprouts in North Andover. read more

My son has attended this daycare for the past 5 months - since he was 4 months old. The teachers are absolutely wonderful! They genuinely love my baby and there is no better feeling as a parent than to know that not only is he being well taken care of, but he is also being shown love and affection. From the first day, my husband and I could tell he was in good hands, but when I really saw how wonderful they all are was recently when I was diagnosed with cancer. We needed a lot of extra support and have many different family members helping, especially with picking up. The teachers have all been a huge help even to our family members with things such as putting the car seat in the car, bringing bags out, educating on my baby's eating/sleeping habits, etc. Anything to make sure it was an easy transition for him into others' care. Another wonderful aspect of this daycare is that I am not just speaking about his primary teachers. All of the teachers in the daycare truly care for the kids. So many of them come down, when they are able to visit the infants, so my son is very comfortable with all of the teachers, assistant director, and director. This makes me feel even more comfortable with his future there, knowing that as he transitions into each new class, he is already comfortable with the teacher. Another bonus is that this daycare uses Kaymbu to send pictures and videos to us, which we get almost every day. It is amazing to be able to catch snapshots into his day, whether it's him playing with his friends, enjoying music class, or napping. I treasure each and every photo and video that they share. I just can't say enough good things about Little Sprouts North Andover. If you are considering daycare in this area, you should definitely schedule a time to go in and tour the school and meet the teachers. They are very welcoming and open to answering any questions. We did this prior to sending my son here and we even brought him in for a few hours to see how they were with him and how he seemed to handle the other kids, etc. read more

Hello, My name is Christina Holmes, I have two children that go to Little Sprouts in North Andover, and I would just like to tell you how AMAZING of a preschool it is. I absolutely love all of the teachers there, my children have grown and learned so much from this school. The teachers are so kind,funny, patient, and their skills exceed other daycare/preschools by far. I will highly recommend this school to anyone. It's so nice at the end of a work day to see smiling faces from my children and the teachers. I am happy to say that out of all the preschools I have had my children in I will always want them to be in a Little Sprouts. My daughter has gone to this location since January. Prior to Little Sprouts, we had a private sitter but decided it was time to move on to some type of care that couldn't be taking sick and personal days all the time. My fiancé and I spent a lot of time visiting all of the local daycares in the north shore area from North Andover downwards Salem and Peabody too. Little Sprouts North Andover was the first we visited, and the last. Ultimately it was the clear winner. The entire staff is fantastic, both the executor director Kristin and the educator director (I think that's her title?) Megan are wonderful, informative, and super accommodating. After a few weeks, ALL staff members seemed to know my kid's name, which was nice. My daughter entered in at 15m, and we convinced them to let her into the toddler room a little early. WOW has she GROWN!! IT's been fantastic to watch all of her skill sets improve and the (funny) things she learns during the day at "school." Their focus on development is unmatched. After a while the other kids on the room would be so excited when I was dropping my daughter off, running up and hugging or just waving "hi Willow!!!" Like any new transition, my daughter hated when I left her that at first. But after a short while, she was so excited that she run down the hallway full speed to her classroom, sit at a table, smile at me, and "talk"/babble with her little friends. Somedays, it would be a struggle to bring her home because she was having so much fun with gym/outdoor time!! We were lucky - our daughter is the room with Ms. Kayla and Ms. Jill. They are superb, fantastic, and any other positive adjective you can think of. My fiancé wishes our daughter could just stay under their care out until she ages out to kindergarten. ***: They have an iPad in each room, and so throughout the week they'll snap picture and send them out via email. It's a nice surprise in the middle of the day to see smiles on your kids and her classmates' faces. A lot of places of course don't have this feature. THE ONLY problem with the place is the price tag, unless you get a voucher this is near impossible. Truly, I don't know how all the families enrolled there managed the high tuition cost of around $1700-1800/month. I was finishing up my last semester of law school this past spring, so I used money that would normally be living expense loans for my daughter's daycare (whatever, people take out $2500/month to pay for their Beacon Hill apartments!!). Hopefully once I start my job I can manage the payments. I could see it being cost prohibitive for the true middle class, who make too much to qualify for any assistance, but not enough to swing the large price tag on things and places like this without being COMPLETEY broke. My fiancé and I figured out that a year of daycare here will cost more than I spent in a year during undergrad at UMass; That's crazy!!! I don't demerit any stars for price though, because unfortunately this seems to be the going rate for the superior daycares. Other ones in the area well-known for their quality around in a only +/- $50 from the tuition rate here. So if you live close by, are wealthy, upper middle class OR receive a voucher, then you should sign up now!! read more

My daughters have gone to Little Sprouts North Andover for just over two years now, through preschool and pre-K. They love it there. It has been really nice to see them blossom in terms of their socialization, pre-literacy skills, and early math skills. My wife and I have been really happy with Little Sprouts. My son has been going to Little Sprouts since it opened almost 2 years ago and I have never once had a bad experience with anyone there. The teachers are amazing and my son absolutely adores them all. They also have a really well structured, but fun filled, day to make sure the little ones are always active and learning. Their attention to detail in each individual family is what makes Little Sprouts special to me. They make sure there is as much communication between parents and teachers as possible so you always know what's going on and they listen to all of your thoughts/concerns. Welcoming Staff that cares about the children and parents. Everyone is always smiling including the children. They are learning and growing I am very impressed with the early childhood curriculum that has my 3 year old nephew spelling his name and his brothers.
