I had a great experience with little sprouts rentals. Due to random bad weather we had to cancel our last rental for something that could fit indoors last minute. Vincent was very helpful in giving me options that fit our theme and was able to book for my son's party for the very next day. They arrived on time and double cleaned the soft play set and everything looked great as you can see from the pictures. They picked up the next day and overall had a smooth process. The jumper was the perfect size for kids around 1-5 years old, especially since we only had a few kiddos at the party. They all loved it! Setup and takedown were quick and smooth. Little Sprouts was the winner for my baby girl's first birthday party! Staff was really easy to communicate with and after canvassing around, I found their pricing most budget friendly. What I love the most was, they were able to match the colors to my theme in terms of the balls and other accessories. It didn't take them too long to set up either, so while we set up for the party, baby girl was able to play and enjoy the soft play. I highly recommend them and I'd book them again, if I get lucky for a second child. 4 stars because, they picked up a little after 4pm instead of 3:30. I understand traffic happens, but I just felt bad for the owner of the venue since he has to stay a little longer and he has family plans to go to. read more

1 Star - Horrible Experience, Would NOT Recommend If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Little Sprouts Softplay was an absolute nightmare. It started when I sent a deposit and didn't hear from them for almost two weeks - no confirmation, nothing. Then, the day before my event, they texted requesting the full balance, even though the contract clearly states payment is due after setup. This was already a huge red flag. On the day of my party, they showed up almost 2 hours late. My party started at 12 PM, but they didn't finish setting up until 12:56PM. Their equipment was filthy, the balls were crushed, and everything looked cheap and poorly maintained. As they cleaned while setting up, it was clear the items hadn't been prepped beforehand. Although they discounted $50 for the delay, they tried to cut the rental short by picking up after only 3 hours instead of the contracted 4 hours. We negotiated a 5 PM pickup, which I appreciated, but the nightmare didn't stop there. At 5:20 PM, I followed up to see what time the driver would come. I got a call at 5:44 PM saying the driver would arrive in "45 minutes to an hour." That was clearly a lie because he didn't show up until 7:18 PM. By then, the party had ended at 4 PM, and my family had moved on with our evening. Thankfully, I still had access to the venue. The driver, Zachary, admitted the owners, Selene and Vincent, overbooked themselves with 4 parties that day and still went on vacation to Grand Canyon, leaving Zachary to manage 4 parties by himself without any additional help. He shared that at his previous stop, the venue was locked, and he had to wait for someone to arrive, which made him even later for my pickup. This level of negligence and poor planning is inexcusable for a business providing services for such important events. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. Selene and Vincent are clearly more focused on making money than providing quality service. Their overbooking caused chaos for both their customers and their staff. I want to acknowledge Zachary for trying his best under impossible circumstances. He was apologetic and kind, but he was set up to fail by his employers. I hope they paid him well because the rest of the service was horrendous. I will NEVER book with Little Sprouts Softplay again. I'm genuinely shocked they have 5-star reviews. Save yourself the headache - look elsewhere for your party needs. read more

I've used little sprouts for 3 parties, baby showers, and just because events. They are quick to respond, have great prices, and a huge selection. The latest thing I rented was an enormous jumper + slide combo for a party. It was big enough for 10+ toddlers/kids and some of their parents to enjoy.
