One of the things that mattered most to me was cleanliness since a lot of littles would be using the area. I reached out to a couple companies but kept going back to the aesthetics of Little Play Rentals. I will say that I wish there was pricing on the website as I had to reach out via their chat option and wait for a response for each item. (As of March 2026, the White Deluxe was $595 - for those of you also interested!!) I was a little skeptical because of the lack of recent reviews and because they required full payment prior to setting up. I think it would be beneficial for them to provide a contract with their clients. I also had no idea who I was speaking to the whole time with no contact information other than their email address. For the record, you're speaking to Kevin and hes a nice guy! Anyways, this may sound like a lukewarm review, but after I got through the skepticism, I did move forward and book Little Play Rentals. They showed up on time and set everything up just like the picture on the website. The kids had a freaking BLAST. Best entertainment for a kids party!! We had children from 0-5 and they all enjoyed the soft play area. Kevin and his family showed up at the end of the party and I saw them sanitize each item before packing everything back up. They were extremely friendly. I will absolutely book with them again should I need a soft play area!!

After weeding through the various vendors that failed to respond or had numerous bad reviews, I'm so happy I found them. Set up: the set up was fast and neat. I also loves the communication from the owners. They are professional and you will not be disappointed. They have something for all age groups and that's what I loved about this company, which made my daughter's party even better.

Communication was easy and booking was quick and organized. Everything came on time and ready to go. I appreciated the patience of the installer, Denise who understood the challenges of set up! Everything was transparent and clear when booking. She was prompt and professional when communicating with me and my thousands of questions. The team was right on time when delivering and picking up. We came to an agreement, and I even paid extra for her time despite not receiving everything that was originally agreed upon. At the party, she then wanted to charge an additional amount for what she considered damage. I tried to come to an agreement, and the situation became a public dispute at my daughter's birthday party. Even after she was asked multiple times to leave and did not. This caused a whole scene at the party when the issue could have been resolved at a later time instead of ruining our family party over a monetary issue, which is horrible customer service. In my experience, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not use this vendor again. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend her service at all, if i could give it 0 stars i would.
