She followed up with me prior to my event and they came even earlier than requested to set up the water slide. We rented the giant Blue Marble slide. It was HUGE, and the price was very fair. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that the velcro wouldn't hold when too much water was in the bottom of the pool. We had to call them for help and they were super awesome and came right away to help us. But then we had to keep letting water out and the boys got scratched a few times from the Velcro.
