My son was bullied since the start of going here, so bad to the point where another child peed on his shoes right on the playground (director ended up kicking him out after NUMEROUS accounts of incidents) Kids have thrown rocks at my sons head, I have walked in on other children numerous times slapping and pushing one another while teachers and the director themself just sit on their phones facing opposite direction!! Kids go down for lunch right after nap around 11:30, sometimes 12 and my son has told me numerous times they won't even allow him to finish eating and they yell at him to lay down. There have been multiple times where I went to pick up my son at 3 pm and they still have the lights off with a wide variety of kids still sleeping! (That's over 3 hours of napping) I think the worst is what happened to my step son which was a teacher locking him in the bathroom on 2 different occasions when he was being (naughty) Director pretended to know nothing about it but you have to walk right by her room to get into the restroom! Now to conclude with overall basic concerns, they are closed all the time! Basically they close for a week every given holiday throughout the year. They also close it even if multiple children are sick, they close early Atleast once a week and send out an emergency alert and you are expected to be there within an hour for your child without literally any other notice, they close on random days and will only get a message sometimes the night before. Also they RARLEY take the children outside to play, did a whole fundraiser to fix the playground and it never got fixed. The director had my son wear noise cancelling headphones everyday because all the kids were always running around yelling and screamingin the class rooms, constantly chaotic and NEVER managed the noise level in the building, which really bothered my son. I have so many other incidents these are just the main ones. My son doesn't start kindergarten for another month but I pulled him out early due to all of this and him crying every morning begging not to go. Director still wants to try and charge for 2 weeks of tuition for him not attending due to my lack of notice. Where was the parents notice for all the closures and early dismissals and not to mention all the times I had to pick up my son because the kids were giving the director anxiety! This is a beautiful facility and very clean. The staff has always been great but the director of…read morethe facility is VERY difficult to work with. She refused to give our child Albuteral treatments and even claimed it was "illegal", at one time, for her to do them. Our son also has an intolerance/allergy to a couple foods, but was fed them on several occasions, some of them without us ever being told! (which we recently found out). When we brought up the food allergy concerns the director did not admit to the food being fed and blamed them on her staff and later told us that food allergies are "hard to work with". Luckily they don't cause severe issues. The director also on several occasions made comments behind our backs to staff about our parent "inabilities" (that staff later shared with us). If you are looking for someone to work with you as a parent, this is not the place. On a greater note, in the last 6 weeks all of our previous teachers have disappeared (9 people in 6 weeks). In the past couple weeks we have dropped our child off with or picked him up from, with new faces nearly everyday. The single most important payment I make is to someone who I should trust with my kid. Unfortunately, this was not the place. I want to point out that our son's teachers have always been awesome, but it is obvious that the way the business is run is nothing short of disappointing.
