    Veggie momos! Aren't they pretty?
    Janine W.

Ordered veggie and beef momos today. Pros: beef momos are dense. Likely lean ground beef vs regular. Veggies weee made out of a spinach wrapper. And they are stuffed full! Both were substantial sized momos. 10 in an order. Cons: a bit more expensive than other places Veggie was cabbage, carrots I think potatoes. So nothing too exciting in the filling except the wrapper! I think the beef here is better than the veggie. Their sauce is good, nothing too different. So A-OK

    Tibetan Beef Patties
    Matt W.

Wasn't intending on going here originally, but the places we were originally going (Sugo) had a 1.5 hour wait. This place blew away all expectations. So to be honest we'd never had Tibetan food before so didn't know what to expect. For appetizers we had the beef patties. Compared to traditional Jamaican patties the beef was better (minced not ground), the pastry was thicker, and fluffier vs flaky, and there was a nice hot sauce that came with them. For entrees we had the beef curry on rice and chili chicken on rice. Compared to really good beef curries at Chinese restauraunts, this was on point (not worse) but not better. For the chili chicken, I try chili chicken anywhere I go. I had a go-to spot that very few places can hold a candle too, but to be honest this was possibly the best chili chicken I've ever had. We ordered the chili chicken dry, there was no option to get it on fried rice but the moistness, the flavor, and the temperature of the chili chicken was supreme.

Lamb momos were a 10/10, although I still prefer them steamed. Veg feature momos had great texture but my friend and I found them to be very strong in cumin flavor without really tasting like anything else. Dousing it in hot sauce and soy sauce helped but it would've been nice if it had more of its own flavor. 6/10, probably wouldn't order again but they got me pretty full considering its fiber content. Lamb still remains my favorite, my friend who tried these for the first time also seemed to agree. They were perfectly spiced & very juicy. Mango lassi is still mandatory! They get busy SO quickly and their small team of 2-3 employees do such an amazing job at delegating and getting everyone's food out at a reasonable time. Today we saw an even more diverse demographic so Loga's is THE spot for authentic nepalese momos!

Momos are juicy and their deep fried momos are so tasty! You can grab sauces (spicy mayo I think and soy sauce) and condiments (spicy radish?) from the counter or they bring it out to you. The owners were SO nice and offered customers ice cream and water during the heat wave :')

Food 4/5 Service 4/5…read moreAmbiance 4/6 Food: We ordered the meat platter, salmon momo half plate, & sho-go momo. For dessert we had the deep fried banana. Everything was delicious & freshly made. We really liked the sho-go momo (potato & onion). The deep fried banana is good too. Not too much batter which I liked a lot. I would definitely eat here again. Service: It's a little slow because there are only two people running the restaurant when we visited. They both were doing the cooking & serving. Hubby & I didn't mind because we weren't in a hurry. I think they should have some waitstaff to help them out. Ambiance: It's a clean restaurant. There are prayer flags strung up from the ceiling. The music they play sounded like monks chanting. It's a very relaxed vibe. On a hot summer day it was nice, breezy & cool inside. It felt nice at first but I started getting cold after a while. Their bathrooms are in the basement & we're also clean. The ceilings are a little low in the basement so you have to watch your head. All in all it was an enjoyable lunch. My favourite was the sho-go momos (potato & onion).

Food: 3 Stars Service: 3.5 Stars…read moreAmbience: 3 Stars Fill Factor: Satisfied Each time I wander Greek town and see this place I promise that I would try it next time as I am a big fan of all sorts of dumplings. Well today I finally decided to make good on that promise and while I was not blown away it was a positive experience overall. The first thing I noticed about the menu was how many momo options were available. A lot of different choices from your basic chicken/beef/pork to butter chicken momos so lots of options. I ended up just getting a half plate of steamed pork momos along with the chilli chicken. The momos were pretty average in terms of taste even when I used the sauces provided. Perhaps the fried version would have been better but I definitely was underwhelmed with this one. As for the chilli chicken, the flavour was decent and for those who love saucy dishes like me this one is not saucy at all. I asked for a 5-6 on a scale of 10 for spiciness and it definitely had a bit of a kick but nothing too spicy. In terms of taste it was decent however I found the chicken to be a bit on the dry side but not too bad. The folks there were super friendly and overall service was not bad. The food arrived quickly too which was a good thing as I was hungry. There was plenty of seating in the restaurant and it was spaced out nicely so it was comfortable to be in. There were a lot of cabinets with different items in them so it might be interesting to look around while you wait for your food. Overall, I enjoyed the visit and will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.
