Disorganized and scattered. The real disappointment was the dinner. The Long Island Roll and the Dallas rolls were what I ordered. The Long Island roll had fish that was cooked on top. It was overcooked. I believed they intended to smoke it, but it was very well done. The Dallas roll was great until the drink garnish sized chunks or lime, complete with the rind, was discovered. It was so bitter that it made me flinch. My palate was completely overwhelmed by lime and I couldn't taste much after that. $116+ later (not including gratuity) and I was left feeling cheated. They are generous with the portions as well as their yum-yum sauce. They should offer hot sauce imo. If you're hungry and staying nearby, opt for their meals which will leave you satiated well enough until your next meal. They were super friendly with us showing up close to closing time and gave us free sushi.
