I wish I could give it a 5 star, when it came to helping me with my dress, my initial visit was perfect. Nicole was very friendly, helpful and funny. I found my perfect dress. So thank you for that. I had to custom order my veil and once everything was paid for, I went to pick it up and my encounter was not so pleasant. I wanted to try it on to see how it looked, making sure it was all good before I left the store and Nicole seemed some what annoyed with me. There was another bride there and honestly the way she was talking to me, embarrassed me and made me feel very unwelcome, even tho that was the day we had set up for me to pick up my veil. I left feeling unhappy. Beautiful dresses, they definitely have and amazing prices. It seemed to me that once paid for, the customer service went down hill from there. At least in my experience. Am I happy I found my dress there, yes because I got a good deal. Am I pleased with the ending customer service, not so much. read more

I walked in looking for a veil. Immediately asked my budget, which I didn't have one. I was from Missouri and mine wasn't shipped in time for my wedding so I could have spent any amount of money. They seemed very irritated to help me. I left with no veil and went to Two Oaks which had EXCELLENT customer service. read more

She showed them what she thought she wanted and they pulled everything they could that matched that. None of the dresses they pulled was "the one." They started pulling other dresses that they though she would like and one of them was it! They even helped her design a matching dress for her dog. I stopped in recently shopping for a veil. I was brought to the back to browse the selection they had of samples to offer. I had in mind exactly what I was looking for which they did not seem to have there. No big deal. She gave me a card with the designers name of veils they offer. She explained if I went to the designers website and found a design I liked we could go from there to customize a veil to fit my vision. She said they can customize every little detail! From tulle color to beading/detail color to beading/detail design to various style edges to length; you name it. They're such a nice staff and we're great to chat with! read more

Don't waste any time-- go straight to this amazing shop and don't go anywhere else!! I visited 8 different dress shops in search of the perfect wedding dress. Each had their own ups and downs but Little White Dress is by FAR the best place I've been to. The women there are absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Emily & Aggi. They are patient, kind, encouraging, and incredibly helpful. At no point did I feel rushed like I did at many other shops. I felt cared for in there. They gave me their undivided attention and worked with me slowly and patiently to find the perfect dress. Setting up the appointment was a smooth process AND they even shipped in two dresses I loved and tried on elsewhere... talk about A++ customer service and love. I tried on probably ten gowns, some that I picked out and some that they picked out. I tried them on more than once, some more than twice! And not once did they show signs of being annoyed by my inability to quickly make a decision. Best part about the whole experience is that I ended up going with a dress that they picked out for me. A dress I would have never even chosen myself! Those women are totally amazing and even fun to spend time and work with. 100/10 would hang out with these awesome women outside of their shop. Stay away from this shop!!!! I wish they answer the phone and order people the dress size they want not the one you want to sell them. My wife and daughter went from Virginia to South Carolina to get a dress based on the "good" reviews they get. The people at Little White Dress decided that my daughter would gain weight before the wedding and ordered and delivered a dress massively too big. Why bother measuring a bride if you are going to order a different size? Did you lose the measurements and just guess? Now we have an additional alterations bill of almost $2,000 because so much needs to be altered. My daughter probably should not have even taken the dress from the shop (on a second trip to South Carolina) but was so excited to have it. Now we are trying to get this fixed by getting some type of credit from the Little White Dress, but no one will answer the phone and no voice mailbox is set up. My advice is to stay away from these people unless you just want them to do whatever they want. The trifecta of bad business - bad ordering process, bad delivery, and bad customer service. I came all the way from Boston with not much in mind. I am a curvy girl who was getting down on herself because I just could not find THAT dress. I was told that LWD was a tad expensive but nice. I walked into a pristine shop with my future mother in law and my 6 year old daughter. Since I did not know the area we were about 35 min early. They were prepared and took me right away. MIL and DD were seated comfortably and dresses were brought out. The girl even suggested we look at one I had not picked because she thought the shape might be nice on me and I had asked for help with fitting things to my body since I am not good with that. She was so patient as we tried on the dresses, some I liked others not so much. But she made me feel so good about everything while being honest when something wasn't quite right for me. Well the dress she picked out for my shape was THE ONE!!!! It was perfect on me!! Despite what I had heard I found their prices MORE than reasonable. They had a very good range. This was the dream shop I was looking for. It fit perfect in the smallish budget I have but they treated me like the bride I feel like. I hope every bride gets this experience...... read more

My wife got her wedding dress here and everything was perfect! The staff was amazing (helped tremendously with multiple alterations) and the value was incredible. She got both a primary gown and a secondary dress for dancing for a fraction of what some of the other stores charge. The quality was great. Highly recommend!!! read more

Best place to find a wedding dress ever!!!! That may sound extreme but that is how this place made me feel. I am from SC and live in Florida now and had a really tough time finding a wedding dress. I came home to continue the search and was lucky enough to find out about Little White Dress. I looked online first to see their designer selection and was able to find a lot of dresses that I liked. They have a collection called Sincerity that fit my tastes since I am having a small garden wedding in Savannah. As soon as we walked in to Little White Dress, Aggi was there to greet us. The place was very intimate and had a great vibe to it. Aggi asked us to sit and she went over all of my information and wanted to find out about my venue and what my ideal dress would be like. I gave her my online list and they had most of the dresses I had picked there and in my size. She even helped me pick out a few other dresses that might work with my tastes as well. The whole experience of trying on dresses was great, Aggi helped with everything (plus all there dresses have built in bras etc so you don't need extra undergarments if you don't need them). I ended up finding four dresses that would have worked and it was hard to choose the one but I did. I went on tax free weekend so no tax on the dress and they were doing a trunk show so I received 10% off as well. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone in that area. read more
