I have never not been greeted or made to feel anything but a treasured customer. Customer service is what makes these bananas better. As a disabled person, the carts are clean, ready, and charged. There are no self checkout lines and your groceries are carried to your car. Call me old fashioned, but that is The way I grew up with and became accustomed to. I had a digital coupon for coffee that said "use up to 5 times with a purchase," but it wouldn't clip to my account. A newer employee called someone over to help, and the cashier told me I needed to buy five of them before it would work. When I explained what the coupon actually said, she just shrugged and said "I don't know," then called over a supervisor named Latasha and walked off. after waiting around 10 minutes for the supervisor Latasha showed up. She told me I needed to get off the store's Wi-Fi because "it sucks" and that's why the coupon wasn't working(I wasn't on the store wifi i was on my celluar data). Then she actually answered a phone call while I was still standing there, and kept saying it was my fault and needed to be off the wifi.
