Carniceria Valdez is literally a counter in the back of a Mexican grocery, but coming out of that kitchen is some mighty fine Mexican food. I went with a couple of tacos and a gordita. For the gordita, I went with chorizo as the protein and for the tacos I went with the asada and the barbacoa. The tacos were just under two dollars each ($1.99 to be exact) and the gordita was, I believe, $3.50. I probably enjoyed the gordita the most and the chorizo was definitely my favorite protein out of my three choices. The staff was friendly enough, though the ordering process was you walk up to the counter and order your meal and they call you up when it is ready. All in all, I would definitely recommend here and I will give it five stars.

I have never not been greeted or made to feel anything but a treasured customer. Customer service is what makes these bananas better. As a disabled person, the carts are clean, ready, and charged. I had a digital coupon for coffee that said "use up to 5 times with a purchase," but it wouldn't clip to my account. When I explained what the coupon actually said, she just shrugged and said "I don't know," then called over a supervisor named Latasha and walked off. after waiting around 10 minutes for the supervisor Latasha showed up. She told me I needed to get off the store's Wi-Fi because "it sucks" and that's why the coupon wasn't working(I wasn't on the store wifi i was on my celluar data). Then she actually answered a phone call while I was still standing there, and kept saying it was my fault and needed to be off the wifi.
