I am now on their unlimited plan and try to go 4 to 5 times a week. That's how much I love it. I love every instructor I've had, (but I do have my favorites) and they all always grace and modifications, should I need it. As someone who works full-time, has kids in many activities and a very full social calendar I love that I can do this for just me and I feel amazing every time I finish a class. The only negative comment I have is that classes fill up very quickly (I'm not the only one in love!) so it's important to stay on top of scheduling. The positive regarding scheduling is they have 20 to 30 classes a day throughout their Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee locations.

I heard about Powered on Pilates Zoom group workout from my daughter. I looked up their website and Prices are quite reasonable so I tried it. Wow! What a great workout! I stretched, sweat and moved muscles that I forgot I had. Jennifer, the instructor/owner, has a studio in Canyon Lake which is a bit far for me to go to for a one on one reformer class. But I did sign up for a one time one on one zoom mat class which she tailored to my individual need to see if I would like it. It was an awesome class so I purchased one of her multi-class packages and have now been taking her Zoom mat classes for a couple of months The zoom classes are perfect for me as I can do them in the privacy of my home. Jennifer's classes were attended by women of various ages and physical condition including my very fit/toned daughter who is in her early 30s and me who have knee issues and in my late 60s. Such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel comfortable. I purposely didn't look into the class beforehand because I didn't want to psych myself out. I had zero expectations. I went with a friend and we had SO much fun. It was a full-body workout and somehow I tapped into my inner child sliding around on the machines I still don't know all the terms, but I do know it was a blast. Don't get me wrong it was definitely challenging... but I didn't die hahaha. And can we talk about the socks?! I'm usually a no-show sock girl, but they had the cutest long socks and I think I've officially entered my long-sock era. The studio itself is adorable and super clean...it really sets the scene for what's about to go down. Victoria, the instructor, was amazing. She helped me adjust the resistance and made sure my positioning was right for each exercise, which made such a difference as a first-timer. If you haven't tried this studio yet, give it a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Addicted to Lagree... I was recently introduced (few months…read moreago) to Lagree out in Marina Del Rey and was so excited to have found Lux Lagree in Temecula so close to home. Lagree is my favorite workout! I've tried all instructors thus far and everyone is amazing and challenging. Workouts can be difficult, will be sore (especially in the beginning), yet you get the adrenaline rush and want more. Lately I've been seeing Victoria, Sydney and Danielle more since our schedules have aligned and they are all so patient and provide modifications when I need them.
